My recent trip to Toys R Us was sure a pleasure. Seems like they have tried to clean up the store and there was plenty of merchandise on the shelves. I was able to get my grandson very nice gifts for his third birthday.

Great place for toys and the such, however, it is a real shame that it is closing shop. If it is still open I highly recommend coming here for great toys and gifts for all ages before they close shop permanently. Much better than online shopping and should be supported in their last few days around, they deserve it for all the wonderful joy theyve given kids over their many decades of existence.

This store has horrible customer service I called to ask about upcoming spring sales and was told NO COMMENT! And hung up on. If this store is one that is closed they deserve it completely!

Whatever you do, buy in store and not online. They are so disorganized and do not know what they are doing. I ordered some things for Christmas in November. I’m getting emails now that state my items are out of stock, and if hey don’t ship by mid January that I will be refunded. So I called customer service to cancel the order because I need these items before Christmas as gifts not a month later. They said they have no way of canceling orders for anyone at any time.... how does that make sense? So it’s one big cluster and their customer service is a waste of time. They even told me that the emails I’m getting in regards to my items are more up to date than their system is and they wouldn’t know what the status was until later. Idk what to do now.

It was a sad day. The shelves are now empty and the doors are forever closed on one of the many places I lived as a kid. The lastest victim of the big box stores and online shopping.

Going out of business sale. Helmet for daughter was $16 but very high quality. Picked up a few gifts and summer items. Deals will get even steeper as they get closer to going out of business. Keep an eye out!

Great going out of business sale. I am sad to see this place close. I need brick & mortar stores. I like to see my items BEFORE I purchase.

Allowing kids to browse and choose a toy is a very happy experience at Toys R Us. I love coming here for presents.

Huge selection, some items pricey but sales can be good. Very well organized to find what needed easily.

Always a must stop when we visit omaha. Going to miss Toys R Us when there all gone.

The sign on the front of the store says price match guarantee but when we showed them a cheaper price they said they could not do it. Hmmm how convenient. On top of this we had a 20% off coupon for any one clearances item and when we tried to use it they said we could not use it because the item we wanted was on sale not clearanced. Hmmm whats the difference between clearances and a sale?

Its no wonder they are going out of buisness, even with the going out of buisness sale its still cheaper to go next door to Walmart to buy the same item for cheaper. At least there are suddenly more people working there now than in all the time it was ever open combined, cant walk 5 feet with out running into an employee. I hadnt seen a normal register open in years untill my last visit to check out the sale.

Its has a lot of toys and helpful staff reall recomend it

Me and my friend and her son plus his dad were there and one of the cashiers were rude to us. I used to work at a toys r us n I know you are not supposed to take customers that way

Slow getting new, current toys. Shopkins season 9 released Jan 1 and still dont have them in stock.

I would not recommend lay away. Period.

So we came here for the show Toy Box toy that they said was available and there were none? The girl cashier when I asked had no idea and seemed to have no knowledge about product and offered no help. Disappointed in our trip!

Tons of cool stuff for kids. A little messy but thats to be expected when you have kids tearing your store apart every other minute.

Staff here has been friendly in my experiences. Store seems pretty well maintained.

High prices, dirty outdated store, virtually no workers to be seen, and one cashier. Waited in line 10 minutes to get checked out. Theres a reason why no one shops at Toys R Us anymore.

The last of the store front toy stores. Not much of a selection (depending on what one is looking for). Plenty of exclusive collectables but higher prices than other internet toy competitors, alas, the financial troubles.

Still over priced and they did not put all of my purchases into my bag. I got home discovered I was missing two items. I returned to the store to get them. They had three other bags waiting for others who also did not get everything they purchased.

Its pretty much empty, I would not wait until Friday if you want to buy something before they close for good
