I got a hold of Stems in the middle of last week, 4/7/2021, and they were very helpful. I have never used them before but saw they had a high rating and over 100+ reviews. I wanted a dosen roses delivered to a restaurant for my wife and I 1 year wedding anniversary. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. She let me know that the delivery time was not an issue for Saturday and that they do this all the time.The look from my wife’s face said it all when we showed up at the restaurant. These red and white roses looked amazing. They were huge and smelled great. I have never seen flowers like this before. I would recommend this place to anyone. The customer service and the flowers were 110%. This place was great!!

Stems was the best to work with and Mic is amazing! He knew exactly what to do with my bouquets and all the little details were perfect! I would recommend Mic and his team for any event! They are very reasonable, the flowers and other plants were in great condition upon receiving, and so we got many compliments!!

I was sending important floral arrangement to my Mom on a very emotional day, and the Stems shop called me (Craig?) to follow up and let me know the specific arrangement i wanted wasnt available. Although disappointed, they turned it around by rearranging the floral piece and took care to ensure it fit the message that was being sent. Very personalized service, and I think they even delivered it personally to my Mom in Omaha - nice touch great caring customer service. They realize its more than just a bunch of flowers, sending flowers represents an emotional link to the person sending and the receiver on the other end. Stems really gets it. I am out of state and I wanted to order flowers for my mom. The person that I talked to was very helpful and kind. I described what I was thinking of getting and they made an arrangement for me. They delivered promptly and my mom LOVED them. I will definitely use Stems again.

I ordered a plant arrangement for my uncles memorial service. I live out of town and couldn’t attend the service, so trusted Stems to create a arrangement that would last and one my aunt could take home and enjoy. I watched the service via zoom and noticed one very small arrangement on the altar. Confirming with my mother and sister who were in attendance, it was quite small indeed. I paid $175. What a ridiculous price for something so small and embarrassing for me that I would send something so cheap looking. Needless to say, I won’t be using them again.

My family always used Stems growing up for school dances and other special events. Now that I am an adult and no longer live in Omaha, I still use them any time I want to send flowers to family or friends. I recently sent these sympathy flowers (callas calling- 11 stems) to a friend and they were beyond my expectations. Ive ordered flowers (very last minute) from this store twice in the last month and both times I was met with really great/friendly attitudes that took my very specific (and picky) floral arrangement suggestions in stride and produced a really impressive arrangement. THIS IS WORTH THE READ!!!! My husband and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Stems! Laura that works there, helped us with everything, she did amazing work with all of our arrangements, corsages, boutonnieres, and my beautiful bouquet, we cannot thank her enough! Our wedding was March 20th, she did a PHENOMENAL job! She is literally my FAVORITE florist of all time now! Laura helped us get stuff done with only about a week and a half before our wedding, which is crazy, we didnt even think that was possible but she definitely made it possible! About a week and a half before our wedding we had a setback with our original florist, they wouldnt listen to what I wanted in my bouquet, they literally kept putting flowers and plants on my list that I did NOT want at all. On top of that they were overpriced, we told them that we needed our budget to stay under $350 and they couldnt do that, their finally pricing after three meetings, still ended up coming out to $450!!!! 😞 We panicked because the wedding was coming very quick, so we made a last minute quick decision and searched for a new florist fast! Thats when I found Stems! I called them up and I let Laura know that we were having trouble with our original florist and they werent listening to anything that I wanted. Thats when I made an appointment with Laura and the next day I met up with her, we spoke about how we could keep our budget under $350 and still keep everything that we wanted on our list! It was great because honestly she showed me flowers instead of just keeping me in the dark and let me pick flowers that I loved. She listened to every little detail I wanted, including that I wanted a small piece of lavender in my grooms boutonniere and a little piece of lavender in my bouquet (because my husband LOVES lavender)!!!! I really cant explain how much we love what she did and how beautiful all of it came out! She is the BEST florist Ive ever met, she cared for my input and when she could see that I wanted to be involved and hands-on with all of it she made sure to give me her Instagram name and a business card so I could message her at anytime and let her know if I needed anything changed! Which brings me to the best part, I forgot to get my flower girls corsages and didnt realize til the day of the wedding!... no worries though, I messaged Laura on Instagram and she added two wrist corsages for my flower girls, and we all absolutely ADORED them! Were so happy that we ended up having a mishap with our original florist, otherwise we wouldnt have gotten what we wanted for our wedding and I wouldnt have met such an amazing woman that is GREAT at what she does!!! She also has continued to message me about all my questions I still have about flowers and plants too, even after my wedding! We did our wedding flowers through Stems and we couldnt be happier. Laura was a pleasure to work with, and made the process unbelievely easy. While deciding she showed me examples of the flowers sp things were easier for me to visualize and decide on. We also came the day before to see everything which was really nice! My flowers turned out perfect. I couldnt have been happier. I was also able to preserve them really well which makes me super happy!

My friend and I stopped by to get flowers for a friend who Just lost her dog. The gentleman who helped us suggested this beautiful puppy angel statue instead and he put the crown of fresh flowers on it. It was only $34 and our grieving friend was so touched by the statue. I called with a very specific request for normally out of season sunflowers. Stems had the sunflowers in stock which no other place I called had and even went above and beyond in meeting an additional request for a heart and special birthday wish for my granddaughter . I ordered my wedding flowers from Stems. Mic designed modern, creative arrangements and accounted for every detail. The flowers were incredibly beautiful. I received many compliments from the wedding party and guests. Even the manager of our reception venue commented on the centerpieces. The bouquets and boutineers held up all day and for several days after. I cannot say enough good things about Stems.

We recently asked Stems to create a beautiful spray for a very special woman. My mother was 90 years old, mother of 11 children, 22 grandchildren, and great grandmother to 39. I understand Valentines day will be busy and that is forgivable. But to receive flowers that are fully spent, wilted and deflowered with petals sitting in the delivery bag instead of on the flowers is disheartening. Possibly a delivery issue. Not worth the $130 my SO spent. (The bouquet had high potential, beautiful flowers were chosen with a great color scheme, but fell flat.) Disappointed in product quality.*****They made an unfortunate delivery into creative genius. From the moment I posted the above review Stems reached out with such care and professionalism that they have won me over for life. It is so rare to have customer care but they have it! I don’t write reviews and I’ve been debating doing so for the last few weeks but i’m just so disappointed with the arrangement I recently had sent to a coworker. It was nothing like what I requested, no nothing I would ever request, and I paid a pretty penny for it.

I ordered flowers on-line which was very convenient, but was then called to say the price was too low and they had to charge me more money. I think a business should either pull their website if they cannot keep it up to date, or honor the price that is listed. The flowers are beautiful from Stems but this is very poor customer service.

I was in a pinch bcuz another florist closed early before I could pick up corsage for my sons prom. They took the order for another corsage and it was needed immediately. By the time I drove to their store they had the order completed and it was 10.00 cheaper than the original order. They were wonderful.

Ordered 2 arrangements recently for a funeral. One was a corporate arrangement and the other personal. Both looked wilted and underwhelming in genera in addition to being very similar for the same funeral. I asked for bright flowers and received pale peach and purple. Roses fully opened, Lillies limp. Was disappointed. Have had good experiences in the past but will not purchase from stems again.

Always so pleased when I receive a unique and colorful arrangement from Stems.

Placed an order for a memorial service 4 days prior to service, service started at 10:30 am, flower arrangements arrived 15 minutes after the service was to start, called the shop several times and kept telling us that the delivery man was on his way. No apology or reason for the delay from the delivery person, he tried to sneak in and set the funeral sprays at the back of the church without even speaking to anyone. The arrangements were beautiful but they did not have the correct name ribbons on flowers for that were ordered, it looked as though they just forgot about the whole order and just threw it together at the last minute. Not for sure what happened, but totally unacceptable service. Very embarrassing for the family during an already tough time.

Sorry to say that the situation is very disappointing and they were not warming nor remorsful. the day of my fathers funeral flowers sparse the pot was dark and hideous and ugly. When Id them called on 10th not even a mth out from the memorial, because the flowers geraniums and Ivy was dying and holding.I was wondering from day one why they were wiltedand i mention it befire taking they argued with demands to say it fine theyll open dont worry as there wasnt mamy in the be ginnibg therefore he opt tp adding 3 red roses to make up the difference.When I took star Arrangements back to them on the 11th I havent even heard from them and its already the 14th sitting call then let me know that they fixed it nothing $100 pot of geraniums and Ivy but I can get that back all 100+, no problem and I wont be back!Beautiful flowers but the customer service sucks with a nasty sour attitude...

Husband spent an obscene amount of $ on flowers for Valentines day. Within 2 days, over 1/2 the flowers were dead. My daughter bought me flowers from Target that lasted 3x that. Disappointing considering it was a gorgeous arrangement.
