Owners are knowledgeable and obviously enjoy what they do. Good selection of board game, TCG, and RPG kits and supplies. No singles case for TCGs, but thats understandable. Pricing is competitive and fair. A+.

They have a variety of games for sale (mostly board, card and maybe minis from what I saw), lots of tables to play games on, and a game library.The games for sale and in the library were a mix of things Id seen before & new, which was nice. There was a painting event going on as well as a game convention in demoing games while we were there.Owners were very nice & engaged with everyone in the store. Definitely will be back out!

Awesome new game shop, will be back

With a collection of over 200 board games, were, uh, fans of board games.The Geek Room is by far our favorite game shop in town. The prices are very reasonable, the selection is constantly growing, and the service is top notch. Knowing the games we typically buy, they have held copies of stuff we had never heard of before for us, knowing wed stop in again soon, thinking we may want copies -- theyve been right each time.Stop in and tell em Jaime and Ross sent you!

Very clean store. Plenty of space with tables set up for RPG, table top games, strategic combat games like Warhammer 40k. Friendly and welcoming staff willing to offer any assistance they can.

Excellent game store in West O. The Geek Room is one of the most player-friendly game stores Ive been to.All of the products are on the walls, creating a wide open space for gaming tables. And there are plenty of tables, ranging from a massive gaming table with laptop trays and drink holders to standard tables, some of which are tucked into nooks. The setup is perfect for D&D and Kill Team, etc, but also great for playing board games.And board games they have in spades. Catan and its many expansions, of course, but boatloads of others, too, including some unusual games, like CO2.The owners know what theyre talking about and release video updates on YouTube with gaming news.Bathrooms in game stores are notoriously gross, but not here. Theyre clean and big enough to handle tournament crowds. I know this is a very positive review and I should point out I dont work for the Geek Room. Im just a gamer dad with two Pokemon-obsessed kids who appreciates having a quality, everyone-friendly gaming store nearby.
