This evening we visited Build A Bear for our one year olds birthday! We have done this tradition with all of our kids and I am happy to say they never disappoint. Tonight we were greeted happily and guided by Mistie! She gave our daughter a cute crown and a name tag saying happy birthday and every step of the way made it fun and exciting for us! Thank you so much for helping make this a special event for her :)

My daughters have always loved stuffed animals and at 13 and 17 they still do! We visited for my youngests birthday today and they had a great time picking out their bears and clothes for them. They really wanted bear-sized Crocks for them but no luck. The outfits you can choose from are adorable. Now they just need to offer the clothes in childrens sizes so they can match their bears! The store was clean and the staff were energetic, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The staff was an absolute delight. The store is clean. For me they are the only reason I go to this mall.

The staff were excellent and accommodating. They appreciated the name we chose for our bear and customized the birth certificate for us.If I could give 6 stars to those employees I would.

Employees were friendly but sales were misleading. There were BIG signs all over the store saying buy one get one 50% off. So I thought that meant it was off anything around the store. It was for the animals only.I also went in just looking to get my daughter a birthday bear and they were sold out. We do not live nearby, they cant order them, you cant order them online, and they didnt offer any sort of discount for the inconvenience of either having to check back or buy a different bear in its place. We had promised my daughter a birthday bear for her birthday so she expected to get one. I spent 10x more than I would have on the birthday bear to get her a different one.Im just glad that they made her experience good and were friendly. I went in planning to spend maybe 30 dollars between the birthday bear and clothes for it and spent 60.

I just went to this location technically yesterday as of the time of writing this review. I had always wanted to go to a Build-A-Bear as a kid but wasnt allowed. As I got older I got a bit more nervous to do it, until eventually I finally gave this location a chance to try it out. Both of the ladies working there were friendly faces, and the one stuffing my bears even asked me about why I was in there, being surprised it was my first time trying it. The lady at check out was also helpful. They informed of extras available and were patient when I had a payment issue! Not to mention the plushies theyre selling are high quality and huggable so long as you get the right amount of stuffing. I recommend this location!

Staff was awesome. My girls first experience with BAB, and was exciting for the whole family. Animals from Santa stuffed, hearts and sounds added, bathed, outfits picked out and passports. Newest animals to the collections are Princess Giraffe for Dakotah, and Queen Stripe for Sapphire. Thank you all for your hard work and patience.

I came here for the first time with my partner because wed never been before. The employee who helped us, Rowan (I didnt catch their name but thats what my receipt says) was so amazing! They really made us feel welcome, and they gave us stickers to commemorate our first time there! They even showed me some heart shaped sunglasses for my friend since my glasses are shaped like hearts too. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

My kids absolutely adore Build-A-Bear. We spent a good chunk of time on our visit to create our new friends. There was not one moment of it that we didnt enjoy. Both times that weve gone this week, the staff was friendly and helpful even though our first visit we only had seven minutes until they close. The staff still welcome us to create our friend. Thank you and Im sure well see you soon.

Great idea to make a special stuffed animal with/for a child.

Had such a great time here! We took our daughter for her birthday and she had a blast and they do this thing where on your kids birthday you pay their age I thought that was cool! The bear literally cost the age they are turning. Very cool! And somehow we ended up leaving with $20 in gift cards for there too! They have awesome deals and bargins all the time! It was a great experience!

Friendly and energetic staff, lots to accessorize with, but thats the rub, as it were. The bear cost is fine, and while customizing your bear is fun, it can get pricey real quick. That said, you do have a pretty nice keepsake so what does the cost matter? If your bear recipient is under 12 or.just young at heart, go ahead and splurge with all the creation excitement and fanfare.

I took my 4 year old daughter here for a fun little mommy and me date and she thought it was the greatest think ever. She loved how the staff helped her in making the bear and picking out the fun accessories. She loved getting to make a wish and put the bears heart in. The store was clean and well organized and the staff was so kind and sweet with the kids.

The employee who worked with us was very pleasant and interacted well with my 9 year old and had him smiling and dancing. We love coming here and have never had a bad experience in all these years.

They are any amazing company but never go on a holiday they are very packed had to wait in a lie to get my stuffed animals stuffed for half an hour and then had to wait in the check out line for 10 minutes

First time for me, but second for my daughter. Took her there for her birthday recently. Awesome atmosphere and super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended this place and would definitely go back.

Employees are super nice and very helpful. Josh especially, he was happy to help me put some scents into my build-a-bear dragons and sew them back up very carefully. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Always such friendly people and an awesome experience!!

They were very helpful. We were looking for a very specific gift and were disappointed that none were available on the wall. The workers overheard us and asked if they could help us with anything. She immediately knew where there was a floor sample of that kind in the back and my girls were able to get the gift for their cousin that they had picked out. The workers even went to the trouble of opening up the animal so that we could add a scent and sound and then sewed it back up by hand.

We enjoyed are experience. There was only two people working and it took forever for the stuff to stuff the bears and to check out. When you have little kids with you it does not make the process easy.

Love shopping at BAB!! The baby dragons from the HTTYD 3 movie are so adorable. Kids will love them. ;-)

Great store and very friendly employees!

After the pay your age fiasco, build a bear employees deserve a medal. Even on that dreaded day they were upbeat and friendly. All of the employees worked hard to keep the kids in line happy. As a parent the joy they brought to my childs face was worth it.

Employees seemed disinterested in helping us. They set behind the counter on their phones, never acknowledged our presence (we were there for about 5 mins, there was one other customer in the store, and at lease 2-3 employees). Will not be returning.

We went tonight to get our daughter a Paw Patrol build a bear and we had the best experience! From the minute we walked in, to when we left, we felt welcome the entire time. 2 year olds can take a while deciding things and the lady tonight was SO patient. I wish I could remember her name! They had her pick out a heart to put in her Marshall and the actions they have her go through before putting the heart in Marshall we so incredibly cute! We will definitely be back!

Build-A-Bear staff was polite and kind to my kids. Our family loved coming to Build-A-Bear ages ago and it was just as great as we remember!

I thought I would make it without having my kids get into the Build-A-Bear craze. Nope we wandered into this one as we were visiting them all a few couple months ago and they got hooked mostly because of the people that work there that are so contagiously happy and fun. We made a brand new friend not just in our bears but in the employees. Now we come back to visit anytime we are in the area. Girls first time and they loved it.

Love Build a Bear, but I cant give it all five stars because you have to deal with mall traffic and there really isnt a lot of selection when it comes to bear outfits, especially for boy bears. Otherwise, its great and fun and the kids love it.

This store is WAY over priced. Its set up to get plenty of money from your pockets. Example...a tiny dress for the stuffed toy was $15!!! Everything is al a cart.We left with TWO stuffed toys...total..$95.00..
