Really gorgeous and airy shop. The cashier wasnt sure how to find the price of the shawl pin I took from the display, and when I got the shawl pin home the inlay fell out of the setting and I had to re-glue it. Also, I wish there were more local yarns or dyers on display, but almost no yarn shops do that, oh well.

I think this store is fabulous! They sell high quality yarn at a variety of prices. I walked in and they helped me with my knitting questions with friendliness and patience. They offer workshops and class taught by experts. If you crochet, knit, loom, or just want to pick up a new hobby then you need to stop by and see the staff

I make an annual trip from St. Louis to Omaha to visit my family. As part of that trip, I visit Personal Threads Boutique every year. It has become a tradition. It is easily the best yarn store I have visited. The selection of yarns is extensive and the knitted examples are beneficial in making choices. The owner and the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, attentive and friendly. I highly recommend Personal Threads. It is quality all around.

I live in Massachusetts and was in Omaha visiting my daughter. This is by far the best yarn shop Ive even been in. The selection is outstanding and Joe was so wonderful to chat with. I cant wait to come back in December.

Beautiful, extensive collection of yarn for any budget or project. The staff is incredibly helpful. The owner even let me wind up one of my purchased hanks! He spent a lot of time helping me select what I needed-this kind of personal attention is getting increasingly rare. This is why, even though I cant shop there as often as I want, I keep coming back!

I recently stumbled across this website. For 18 months I had been trying to obtain a classic elite yarn book. This was the only place that delivers to Australia. Dealt with Hayley she was so helpful I had the booklet in 2 weeks. Thank you Hayley.

They have the best yarn in town. The have a very knowledgeable staff that remember you every time you walk in the door. If you have any questions they will help you with them. They are fantastic!
