Paid for special order up front, it should have been in weeks ago, all they tell me is that theyre having some shipping issues and Everytime I call Im told the person I need to speak with isnt there. Told them I want a refund, I was told they could not do that without a managers approval, then was told the manager is not there.

The guys up front were very helpful. The stone and brick selection was amazing.
