Terrible customer service. Ordered online and entered all my card info and shipping. Was told I will not be charged from the website. (I guess its a new website and does not work. Not sure why the card info was asked for then.) And they do not deliver outside of Nebraska. Makes no sense and seems a bit shady. And the manager on the phone Dave said I guess you should have called first and hung up. Awesome... And what I did order was not even in stock when I called...

I pass by this store all the time. I had just moved and needed a bed but was on a really tight budget. I had been putting off going in until I had the money. Long story short I was able to get a really nice queen bed at nothing down with their financing. The process was super easy, quick and the bed was delivered within the hour! Extremely grateful for mattress king. Highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered our mattress back on July 30th, kept getting the run around about delays in production. It is now August 26th, and Ive already made two payments towards the one we ordered. Called last week and verified that it would be delivered to the warehouse today in the morning. I get home at 3:30pm my wife has already taken our old mattress apart, we call to verify that the pickup is still on, and I let Toni know that we are 30 minutes out. Between that time we take our old mattress to the dumpster in our apartment, and I get a call after we had tossed our mattress to let us know that the delivery truck had been delayed and the mattress wouldnt be arriving until tomorrow. This is absolutely unacceptable, and we now have nothing to sleep on tonight. Should this issue not be taken care of to our satisfaction, we will be taking our business elsewhere, and I WILL be getting a full refund on the money I have already paid on for the mattress that is still M.I.A.

Picked up the camp chef 36 WiFi, great guy to deal with also great product, I highly recommend if your looking for a pellet smoker

My family and I met David and his nephew Jeff at the store yesterday! Jeff is a great guy and knows his stuff. You tell him what you want or need and he will point you to the best options for you!I went in only to look and price and ended up leaving with new beds for the family! Much needed...hubs and I have been in the same janky bed for 13 years and the kids for 8. We are all excited for our new beds to come in the next week and have a good night’s sleep for the first time in FAR TOO MANY years!Thanks again David and Jeff! ❤️
