I have been working with Dr. Greenhagen. He is THE BEST! He isn’t the kind of Doctor that is in and out. He listens, cares, and WANTS your input which is so nice. I was so scared of going in to a doctor about my ingrown toenails, because I didn’t want to have a gross looking toes after. He was so reassuring! I don’t think I have ever had fun at a doctors appointment, but he definitely makes getting things cut off/out of your body fun, somehow.

Everyone at this office is super friendly and professional. They were able to go over the best possible options for me, even if it means sending me to another specialist. They didnt push to treat me if I might have a better option elsewhere. That, to me, means that my well being is more important than my money!

My experience with the foot and ankle center goes back to 2000/2001; this is when I first⁹ started going to this practice. Ive been under three doctors, in which, two still remain.Ive seen a lot of changes, but most of the players have stayed the same.I do have to admit, earlier when I first started going there, there were some slight issues, but because I can advocate for myself, I handled the issues and everything has been OK since then.Bottom line - if I wasnt satisfied and pleased with the practice, the doctors, nurses, and staff, I would have left a long time ago.

Everyone from the front desk to the nurse & Dr were friendly.Made you feel that you were special!The Dr ACTUALLY took time and talked with me. He wasnt just in & out in 15min.

From walking in the clean and spacious office area, to leaving the office, everyone I interacted with was kind, competent, and went above and beyond with their service. I went in for an ingrown toe nail removal, which was done expediently and with full transparency. Dr. Nelson is a very pleasant and caring physician. Because Im in a wheelchair with a spinal cord injury he goes above and beyond while helping take care of my podiatry needs.

Really nice people in a friendly atmosphere. The doc was very nice, and he explained everything to me, all my options and what he was going to do.As I have some medical knowledge, I was interested in why things were being done the way they were. Every question I asked was answered completely.I was particularly impressed with how the nurses were treated. If a doc treats his nurses like slaves, then Im out of there. The nurses made sure that everything was up to the docs standards, but not in a fearful way.Great place to have foot or ankle work done. Im definitely a fan for life!

Dr. Nelson has taken care of me for years. Highly recommend this Clinic.

Questions and concerns are addressed each time. Clinic is very respectful of time. Entire staff is kind and knowledgeable. I cannot imagine a patient being disappointed in the care they will receive at this clinic. Expect helpful appointment reminders via text, email and voicemail. After a handful of visits, each has been positive and completely without complaint.

I went to the wrong Foot and Ankle Dr. Office So I had to get a taxi to Foot and Ankle Center. When I got there they said my appt was at the LaVista location, but was able to get me in at the site I was at. Really grateful for that. Helpful and friendly and it wasnt easy because I was kind of out of whack over the mix ups.

So, I called to make a foot appt. The nurse named Shannon I believe had the nerve to say Im speaking, while I agreed with her in excitement about scheduling a surgery from a year prior. I wasnt being rude to her just excited while Im in a drive thru getting food. Her condescending attitude was absolutely pitiful and pathetic whenever I was totally being nice to her. Some nurses and doctors believe they know whats best for you and show their true evil ways when they believe they cant control you. HEY SHANNON...YOU WORK FOR ME, DONT GET IT TWISTED.

Very informational on what could be causing my dry and scaling feet.

This is a very good doctors office. Dr. Sikes is the amazing doctor. I had my toes crushed by bobcat bucket July 2017 and the way he went about my care was amazing. Of course he put strict guidelines on what you can and cannot do but it was all worth it in the end. I got hurt again on the same toe because something fell on it at work and went to a different doctors office because I did not have a car to make the drive to Omaha. Come to realize that the doctor that I have now knows doctor Sikes. So thats just pretty much telling me good doctors run in pairs. I really like how his office people and him really do care about their clients.

Have had surgery by Dr. Greenhagen. Excellent care. I work beside Dr. Nelson when he comes to Red Oak and he is an excellent care provider too.

Went to the location in Papillion. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helped with my chronic heel pain. I had heel spurs in both feet but only my right foot hurt. After being treated here (It only took 2 visits) my severe heel pain is gone! It has been about 6 months since my second visit and still no pain and no surgeries! I would definitely recommend Dr. Sikes and the Foot and Ankle Center of NE!

My dad had a prescription for insoles and diabetic shoes due to ulcers in his foot. My dad had an infection and needed the shoes. It took almost 5 months (prescribed in August 2017) to process. I called over 7 times so did my brother since my dad is not fully bilingual. I was tired of calling and just got promises of we will call you later with an estimated delivery date. Then in October I was told they had issues w the paperwork and that shoes will take 2-3 weeks on expedited order. I just got the call the first week of December 2017. I totally understand the paperwork issues as I work close to medical field but 5 months is unreasonable, unjustified and show me lack of interest to patients. I have not been seen by their doctors and have no feedback about them but our experience with their costumer service, communication and care is less than mediocre.

I love the foot and ankle center if it wasnt for my doc there i would have NEVER knew all the things that was wrong with my foot after seeing several other doctor that just push me to the side him and the whole staff are great i would recommend them to anyone
