We moved to the area and I was looking for a new bow shop and range. My previous shop was incredible, but these guys made me feel welcome the first time I entered the shop. Talked to me about having my daughter come in for Junior Olympic archery classes and they treated her like a queen. Where the most patient and help pros ever. Erich was the instructor and does a fantastic at helping students progress in a positive non pressure way. Everyone knows their stuff and they have never been pushy. Very technical and I would trust them with anything that I own. If they dont have what I want they get it in no questions asked! Top notch shop and staff.

Customer service was great! I took my ten point in to get the limbs replaced under warranty and I had it back in 5 days just in time for rut!

Im a second year bow hunter, and was in need of some reassurance/guidance. So I took my bow to La Crosse Archery tonight for just that. I was met with exactly what I was looking for. The staff, specifically Cori, was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring. I left with confidence in my bow, and a little more knowledge......not to mention 6 new arrows. I would highly recommend them!! I will go back!!

Had our compound bow restrung. Got it done very promptly. Great staff.

Was there shooting my crossbow and shot high so I shot again and still shot high so I went to find my arrow tried pulling it out and the arrow puller fell in the cracks and I could not reach it so I asked if one of the guy could help, he came pulled the arrow out and got my arrow puller out was workin with me he shot it and keep going high then my scope bottom out cause we had to lower it even more and he got one of the guys there to help and took it behind the desk and all the workers that were there were working and notice the bow had a free floating rail so Im thankful they found it

Im convinced this is the best archery shop in the state of Wisconsin. Hands down has some of the most knowledgeable employees and just great people. Always wanting to help the customers needs and satisfies them to the best of their abilities. SSStrings is also in house and provides the hunter or competitive archer with some of the most accurate bow strings available.

I recently visited your store and received attentive, knowledgeable and courteous service. I cant say enough about the help Ican received from Seth. I highly recommend this store to all archers who are seeking professional services.

Ok so I bring my string thats fraying to there shop they said o ya we can fix this just a few minutes we said ok will come back so we comeback and they say well theres good news and bad news (good news is they got the string replaced) ( bad news is they broke the rest so know a week away from bow hunting I have to find a way to fix this definitely never spending a penny there

Went to get cable fixed for crossbow, employee said couldnt do anything and was very uninterested. Then went to Gander Outdoors and employees where happy to try and help and said no problem. Got bow back and works great. Never had a place so uninterested in helping me fix a problem and getting buissness. First and last time at LAX archery.

I bought my son a bow there last year it was a Mathews Menace and some arrows its a nice deal they got going on there when you buy a bowl you get so many hours free range time 3D time two or three hours of shooting time with an instructor technician he tells you all the tricks where you should be anchoring Exedra my experience there is they will not sell you anything if its not right for you,

Fancy Shop,. However, they have consistently underbid jobs I have taken them. It seems that I always end up paying more than they quote me.

Customer service is great and the people that work there are really nice and give proper and polite attention to every customer. it dosnt matter if your buying a ten dollar set of cat tails or if your buying and completly outfitting a new bow with all the trimmings in one day, they also will come out o the range to help you with any issues your having and to even check in to see if you need anything while your there. plus the atmosphere of the range makes for a fun and relaxing time to sight your equipment or training or to just have fun! really i have been to several ranges and shops to do my outfitting and i have not found a single place that brings all these aspects to the table with competative prices, great customer service and all around good times. you guys are the best keep doing what your doing!
