Great service. They repaired my gaming headphones for way less than what it would have cost me to replace them. They are actually better than new now.
Worst customer service ever. Whoever is answering the phone in the office right now is either having a bad day, or is a complete jerk. I would probably say the latter. I was trying to hire these guys to supply lights and sound for my wedding. I was simply asking about a quote I was told I would receive last Friday afternoon, and didnโt receive it. I understand things happen and people are busy. So, I waited until today to ask for it again. Once I asked more about the quote and if I could have it emailed to me the person on the phone became defensive on why I hadnโt received it yet, so much to the point that he kept cutting me off. He then went on to tell how busy they were, which I understand. I was going to tell him I understand but he kept rambling over me. He explained they were so busy and said my quote got pushed to the side without even telling me. Which again I understand but I donโt know why he decided to get mad at more or let me talk. I couldnโt get a word in or an explanation. He then told me that โI am gonna decline to have their services then.โ And then hung up on me. What a miserable human being and horrible representative of the company.
