Highly recommend and knowledgeable!! Amazing above and beyond service from Nathan T. and the Manager Davin! My husband and I were stranded on a rode trip when we thought our battery died. Nathan offered to test it, and noticed our belt had snapped for the alternator. He offered to charge our battery and Nathan went out of his way trying to find a repair shop for us. With it being a Saturday night all shops were closed. He sincerely cared and wanted to help us! He recommend we look up how to replace the belt ourselves, as it was not to hard, and borrowed us the tools to do it. You don’t see people go out of their way like this anymore! Thank you to both of you! We will always shop Auto Zone stores!

Very helpful and knowledgeable, and the staff also had a good sense of humor about my deader than dead other than dead car battery. Definitely going back! Hopefully not too soon though because dang can car parts be expensive

Theyre always great help. If they dont have the parts I need they can get them, most often within a day and sometimes less. Ive never had a problem with any part Ive ordered and the usually beat the competitors prices.

They are always helpful and have what I need if not then it is there next day. But today I came to pick up part that I ordered at 7 am and they are closed. Web site says open at 7 sign on the door says 7:30 had to wait 30 min

Get your stuff at Walmart this place is way too expensive they wanted $33 for two headlight bulbs Walmart had them for 22

Used the Onalaska store consistantly, and they keep pulling wrong parts...Done shopping there!!!

I had a wonderful experience getting headlight replacement bulbs for my car. The employees were both so helpful and professional. They even installed the replacement bulbs for me - in the rain! I will definitely be back to this location in the future.

I came in for blinker bulbs and waited in line for a while. A gentleman who was helping someone else at the time eventually had to call a guy from around the corner to help out. I got the bulbs quickly enough but when asked for any information about accessing the bulb to change it I was referred to YouTube because its probably there and he didnt work on Oldsmobiles much...me neither unfortunately and Id already tried YouTube 🤷‍♀️

Staff helped me quickly figure out the code for the check engine light.

Been here many many times before. Never had a problem till tonight. Bought breaks for my truck and exterior door handle. Notice before I left the handle I was given was for interior not exterior. So husband took it back and was told that we were a liar and that’s what we asked for. Why would I ask for an interior when my outside one is broke? Then got back to my truck to do the breaks and they gave me the wrong set of breaks. They gave me the front breaks when I asked for back. So then it was a 2nd trip back. My husband was told the first time in their that maybe we should just go to O’rileys. So maybe I will next time.

Not only did they have the battery I was looking for in stock, the person working there helped me install wiper blades that I had purchased from a competitor. Customer service doesnt get any better than this. Next time I need a battery, or wipers, or any automotive parts I know where Im going.

Great group of guys. Very friendly and helpful. New system in place today. Company should have provided training before updating to a new system which slowed everything down a ton for them. Pulled the battery had it tested then pulled the alternator and bench tested it before replacing. All this in your parking lot before work today. Thanks to your guys at the Onalaska Auto Zone!

I was very happy with the service. The sales associate did a diagnostic on my battery and alternator. My battery needed to be replaced. He talked me through my choices and warranties. Then he was able to install my new battery very efficiently. I would recommend AutoZone.

They had what we needed for AC in our van, and were so accommodating! Loaned out their tool for 90 days!

The staff has always been very helpful. 9 out of 10 times they have always had the product I needed in house so I didnt have to wait for them to order it. Its where I go to get my auto and truck parts.

Just checking prices for next project about the same as O Reilly. But ask 3 time when i was check the shelf if neede help.

I love this place. They not only make sure you have the right parts for your car but they will come out and check your car and make sure everything is okay before you leave! No reason to go anywhere else for your car needs :-)

Went in to have my check engine light code read. Issue was a bit more serious than I anticipated. The guys there were super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Would highly recommend

I came in to buy orange anti- freeze since that is what is in my Ford F-150. The book says to not add a different color anti-freeze to the orange anti freeze. The guy that waited on me gave me an orange bottle of anti freeze and told me it was orange anti freeze in it. Got it home and it was yellow. Did he not know better and think I just wanted the bottle to be orange??

This is a great store and location. I ask for the Manager to explain what a great crew they have. They are there to help you out.

I ordered my items online to pick up in store. When I went to pick them up, the clerk was confused for a bit (may have been new) on where my order was. But they do seem very knowledgeable about autos.

Just had a great experience at this store location. I know some things but not a lot about upgrading cars. I was apprehensive of installing something as simple as a new tailpipe, but the associate was very friendly and took a look at my vehicle. Once we confirmed the part would fit he happily offered to install it for me after I bought it. I wasnt expecting that kind of service and probably would have struggled to install it myself. Was instantly greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They were very fast and professional with helping me. I thought it was awesome that I couldnt tell who the manager was because all of the employees treated me with great respect and they all had a genuine interest in their job. Ill for sure be going back to put some points on my rewards card at the onalaska location.

AutoZone has a lot of parts in stock and can order almost anything they dont. Their rewards program is better than most other auto parts stores too. My personal go to for parts.

AutoZone works well for me due to how close it is to my home. The prices are fair and the quality of the product meet expectation. I usually have to wait in line when in the store which takes away a bit. The lines are usually due to them up selling additional products. The last time I was in I picked up some break rotor. They ended up giving me the wrong size even after looking at my VIN and knowing its year.

A friendly place where a woman can go ask a question and get an honest answer.

I love this store. They cater to women also in a way. They have girly things for your car like gems to stick anywhere, pink detailing for inside the car, pink paint you can spray on your car and just peel off [brake fluid and a rag works better though], cute pink pepper spray, pink knife, and cool keychains. The guys that work here are always very helpful and friendly and seem to know their stuff.

Online hours different than posted sign. All the workers were just standing around. Arrived at 9:30ish, online said closed at 10. Sign said closed at 9. Fix one cause people plan things out. Very inconvenient. I guess go there while they are sure to be working. One and a half hours until their actual closing time should suffice if you plan to travel such establishment. Otherwise generally good if their open.

My husband called ahead for the part we needed. They had it ready for me when I got there. Friendly and fast!!!!

Auto Zone didnt refund any money for trading it an old battery i bought for my daughters car. Last week i replaced my battery at Advanced Auto and they paid me $20 for the returned battery.
