This party City in Onalaska is just like many party cities. In this case they had the glow sticks that we needed for our party. I tell you... If you need balloons, streamers, cake toppers, lights, glow sticks, napkins, plates, costume accessories... This place has you covered! There are many aisles and most of them are organized by color so you can find the theme that best fits your party. The most exciting thing is knowing you are about to party down. Make sure to get some sparkly hairspray to really kick things up a notch. Heck, Maybe even some party poppers will add some pizzazz to your party! Just dont scare Grandma.

Found exactly what I wanted, cute fall plates for a picnic. Extremely busy and only 2 people working and having to also fill balloon bouquet orders. They were working hard & very friendly. Kudos to them as every business is shorthanded.

Most likely has what you need for a price youll be happy to pay, but dont expect anything to be of high quality. Ultimately it serves its purpose quite well and Ill be back when I need some basic party goods for whatever event Ill be hosting in the future.

Walked in earlier today and Janet immediately came to us and asked us what we were looking for. She was very helpful by showing us lots of different options for birthday balloons. We were in and out pretty quick thanks to her and Parker.

Decent variety of Halloween costumes

I forgot a bag of items for my daughters graduation party. Sarah, the lady at the register, looked up my email address and sent me a message letting me know, and saying that shed have it waiting for me! What a way to go above and beyond her job! 😊😊

This only about this visit. They were very helpful from start to finish. I purchased a balloon assortment they put together. There was an issue ringing it up, they handled it in no time and it was a great value.

Very helpful especially when you accidentally release the balloons into the ceiling! I reccomend this not only for parties but they have good quality room decor here.

We have been customers of Party City for years. Mainly during the holidays for decorations or costumes. Today I attempted to return two items I bought for my daughters Halloween costume last week. Unfortunately we did not have any luck finding the main pieces of hercostume, but had bought a couple accessories. After searching at a few store in the area, we had no luck and had to return to Party City to go with a new idea. We purchased a full costume in a bag from them. Unfortunately I did not have the accessories we had purchased initially so I headed back today to return them. Apparently there is a No Return policy with 10 days of any given holiday. Now, perhaps it was naive of me to not ensure I read the fine print on the receipt, but I did not see any posted notice for this either. But no matter what the date I find it absolutely ridiculous that I was told I could not return two unsuse, unopened items because with was within 10 days of Halloween. I dont care if its the day after Halloween, I should have the ability to return anything unused any day, receipt in hand. Very disappointing and will not be back.

Was there for some stuff for my sons birthday party. Awesome employee Kia helped me out. Handled everything like a pro. Really took a load off my mind. Came in and left pretty quickly.

We ordered giant balloons for a graduation party on Sunday and had trouble fitting all of them in our truck. We sat in the parking lot struggling to shove them in the vehicle & the store manager came outside and asked us if he could follow us to the party venue and bring the rest of the balloons that we couldn’t fit. The balloons were beautiful and there was no way we would’ve got them all home in time without his help! Received many compliments on them & the customer service was awesome!!!

Has anything you need for any kind of party but it is over priced. I wanted an adult power ranger costume for my sons birthday party and they didnt have any in store but allowed me to order it online instead. I ordered it off Amazon instead because it was way cheaper there than party city but they do have almost everything you need.

My fiancé and I were pleasantly surprised at everything they carried for weddings. We came from out of town just to visit family but figured wed stop in and check it out just to see. Only spent $15 and got several small items we needed for the big day!

Everytime, without fail it takes forever for an associate to get to the registers when Im ready to check out. I went in today, specifically looking for a balloon for a newly engaged couples, the associate ( who was not wearing a name tag). Told me thats just something you will have to look for, try our wedding isle. She was not helpful, and Acted very childish when talking in a baby voice when I was checking out.

Ordered balloons ahead of time. Came in 11-17-18 at 11AM and there were 3 register lights on but no employees. I looked up and down the aisles after standing by the registers for 10 minutes! Then one employee named Rae comes out from the back room. I said Oh somebody is working today and she just replied, Yeah.. No apology or anything. Wasted 15 minutes total trying to pickup prepaid balloons. The balloons had tons of extra ribbon as well, enough to trip over dragging on the ground.

First time at the store. An employee helped me find an accessory. Great service!

Called to see if they had a certain costume in stock as I needed it asap. The young person I talked to ran and looked for me saving me a wasted trip. She was very courteous and polite. I will definitley go there in the future if all their help is like this young lady.

Good place but wait was long even though there was 3 people working behind the cash wrap and only 2 customers other than me.

I spent an entire afternoon driving in circles looking for a mickey mouse costume for my 2 year old. The Halloween store, target, Walmart and a few others were an unorganized overpriced mess. Party city was our last stop and it should have been our first. The prices were better, the store was conveniently organized and their selection was amazing. They even had an associate standing in the costume isle waiting to check back room stock or place an order if they didnt have it on hand!

We left with only half of the stuff we bought. The lady only gave us one bag and we thought she put it all in one bag and left without knowing. The lady never came to us and told us that there was more.

Like this place because it has tons of stuff for parties but it makes me angry when there is stuff (like news years Eve) left overs that are on sale and in the right section and the lady at the cash register says that the products are every day use and therefore not on sale. Very frustrating to try and figure out what is on sale and what is not. She was rude and not helpful at all to try and get to the bottom of the issue.
