I used to always get my supplies from Walmart but lately Ive been going to sallys to make sure I get the right items. Ive always had nice workers help me find what I need. I will say their prices on some things are pretty high. I spent 200 today on just a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner and some things to do my nails. I got gel and most of each tiny bottle was 14 dollars. I did my nails and the gel seems to be holding up well. So, id say they have some quality product but you definitely pay for it. Also, a lot of selection for hair color and for products to use to do your hair (unlike walmart).

I was buying a few things, and waited in line to pay. There were two clerks working, both behind the register. A dark haired women with purple hair was waiting on a young woman who wanted to bleach out her hair. Meanwhile, even though there were customers waiting in line to pay, the other clerk went walking the aisles. Simultaneously, the clerk waiting on the woman who wanted to bleach her hair was giving her detailed instructions on how to do it, and writing all the information on her receipt. However, the line is still forming, and we’ve been waiting to check out. I asked the clerk if there was another checker, and she rudely stated NO! I put my things down, and as I was leaving, she sarcastically yelled THANK YOOOOOOU!!!! I WILL JUST ORDER ONLINE FROM somewhere ELSE!

The dye is super pigmented and very good for my hair

I will not be shopping here again until the Mask Required signage is removed.So sad people think its not a big deal to inhale carbon dioxide rather than fresh air.

The service I received at this store last week was horrible. The 2 employees in the store were so busy chatting with other customers that they left me standing at the register for over 10 minutes and neither one would excuse themselves to cash me out. Both of these clerks were within eyesight and could not be bothered to help me and were not even polite when they did come up front. I will never shop in that store again!

The girl at the register whom had helped me with a inventory question, was extremely clueless as to what I was trying to explain to her about my transaction. She stood and stared blankly at me and was confused and not paying attention. She had to have the other coworker which was a young male whom I love seeing when I go in, help finish the transaction. In the end I still never got what I had requested which was to use partial credit card payment / my $5 reward AND the remaining to pay in cash. I had asked for my card and $5 off be used FIRST and that wasn’t done. I then ended up paying for everything in cash because they couldn’t figure it out. I’ve never had any issues goin in there with ANYTHING until today. She told me that I was being rude and loud which I wasn’t, I was speaking in a calm manner and she still proceeded to stare at me and not do what I had requested. Not happy because I also ended up spending more cash then I had intended.

Great place, got all the products you need! I bleached my own hair from home and it came out perfect! If you ask for help they will help you!

Went to checkout, young lady at the register just finished and went straight to her phone. When I went up she just glanced up and stayed on her phone.

I love it there. Being a stylist for Decades its great to stop in and get all my last min shopping done. They have a variety of products one needs to know what they are shopping for. They are great at assisting general public with questions. Very knowledgeable staff.

Clean but didnt receive any help while I was there

Yesterday 7/23/2017 I was in this store with my Fiance who was being helped by Angela. My Fiance has been dying her hair and shopping in Sallys from California to Oregon. This by far has been the worse experience she has ever had by an employee. We were in the store for almost 30 min because my Fiance wanted to change her hair color from normal red to blue. She was being helped or so we thought by a knowledgeable employee. My Fiance asked all the questions to regards color, brightness and how long it would last. She was informed it would work but since she wasnt bleaching that it may not be as vibrant or colorful. Well it turns out it didnt work at all except for the very ends of her hair. So my Fiance calls today to discuss the results and Angela wants to act as if the conversation never took place yesterday. Was basically rude to her over the phone while having another conversation with someone else inside the store. To me this is poor customer service and reflects on the Sallys Corporation as a whole. I will try calling the Corporate HQs in Texas to lodge a formal complaint. As well as post this to as much online media as possible. All of this so an employee could make a $13 sale. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sallys is the most saddest,sorryst,worse place to go. There rude disrespectful and just plain nasty. The red head that works there is just awful and mean and needs to learn some manners dealing with customers. I wouldnt recommend going there for anything.
