Purchased a replacement mattress there today after purchasing one online that was much too firm for me. The gentleman I worked with immediately narrowed the selection down for me with what I was looking for, my price range, and firmness level, as well as support. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took quite a bit of time with me to test out different matteresses and lay out all the relevant information for me. Free delivery as well, which is hard to beat! Met Suzanne Ring a few weeks ago when looking for a TV stand. We also discussed beds, so when it was time to go bed shopping today, I wanted to see Suzanne at Slumberland. Suzanne dedicated all of her time to us for 11/2 hours, explaining adjustable bases, types of mattresses, etc. While I planned to go to one other store, we figured prices would be about the same, and we wanted to give our business to Suzanne. Plus, we got some additional savings from Slumberland because we bundled bed accessories as well. Very happy. Great experience.
When the adjustable bed is in motion, the mattress bunches up in the middle. Obvious flaw. Would have been nice to have been shown this prior to purchase. Salesperson was very prompt telling us just prior to leaving that there was a no return policy, for the floor model, unlike their other mattresses. Appears that they probably knew there was an issue. In retrospect I wish I had asked if this floor model was returned by another purchaser.
Delivery guys called and gave good update on delivery time but one of our boxes was very damaged at drop off. Damaged item inside. Still awaiting replacement but has only been a few days.
Extremely helpful in choosing a new pillow. She knew a lot about how it should fit me and took the extra time to try several styles.

Jason, at Slumberland, was very attentive and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. We took a good amount of time to decide on our items, but he was with us all the way.Other employees were not at all friendly to us while we were there. They could, at least, have smiled and said, Hello.

We decided we needed a new recliner and we didnt want to run all over the area to find the right chair at the right price.....so we went directly to Slumberland. We had a chance to browse and a short time later we were greeted by Danette....We explained what we were looking for and the price range. Danette showed us several nice recliners and she also gave us some suggestions as far as what to look for. We might have looked for 15 minutes before deciding on a lazy boy. Danette was very helpful and didnt pressure us at all. We completed the paper work....set up a pick up time and we were on our way. We love Slumberland and we wont hesitate to tell our friends about our great shopping experience. Thank you Slumberland and thank you Danette.
The lady who helped me was super helpful. She searched through all the coordinating fabrics to help me find the perfect accent. I really appreciated her help and expertise.When I returned to place the order, I was stunned at the 6 months wait time. When I got home I started to feel bad about them having my money upfront for 6 months. I went back in to talk that through. The gentleman who helped me totally understood and proceeded to give me some options. He even took off the $50 coupon I had forgotten to bring along earlier. I left so satisfied - they made it all right for me, their customer. This place has won my support due to the quality of their furniture, and the forthright behavior of their staff. I order a couch on 11/23/20. Every couch they sell is considered custom so I expected and was quoted a 14-16 week delivery time. That would have had my couch here by 3/21. So as of right now, its been 205 days since I ordered my couch and gave them 2 grand. Obviously the pandemic has occurred and I dont want to sound like a karen. But how long is reasonable to wait for this couch. Ill happily edit my review when this gets addressed.9/1/21 UPDATE. STILL NO COUCH. However, the store has let me know that they are hoping its here by October and that they are like really sorry about how long its taken. Check out there facebook review page, theyve got plenty of people who are in the same boat. This doesnt excuse this, it just makes it that much more apparent theyre taking peoples money and blaming covid for a bad production line. At this point, I just want my couch. I didnt buy a couch from Bauhaus, I bought a couch from slumberland.
Walked in with a style of sectional in mind as well as a budget. Saw a few things in those categories and found out most wouldn’t be available for delivery until summer. Asked about any in stock available sooner and turns out the only one they had was essentially perfect. We put 50% down and got a little extra off due to a sale. Waiting for a closing date to set up delivery! Pleased with the experience and hopefully the product too!

I cant sleep on this thing. I literally cried last night. I feel like Im trying to sleep on concrete and its breaking my bones. Never again. I told you I cant sleep on something that needs to be broken in and feels like someone is hitting me with a baseball bat. Terrible.

Friendly attentive staff answered all our questions about purchasing some Lazy Boy chairs. They are currently having a 20% off sale so that was a draw. Store is lovely with sales persons wearing masks( as we were!)- it’s just courtesy and we appreciated it. We were also told about the delay we may face in fulfilling our order which makes sense during the pandemic. I appreciated their honesty. Todd helped us and he was great!

I needed to buy an easy chair so Slumberland was my choice. There is a wide variety of chairs in every color and style. My final decision was a Lazy Boy model as the size, color, and price fit well. The only setback is the length of time to get it due to Covid. However, a good model, quality product, made in the U.S. chair is highly anticipated.

We recently purchased a new king size Sealy Turkanna mattress. It had dips on both sides of the mattress right out of the plastic covering. I told the store and they told us to try it for 120 days and if not satisfied we could trade for a different mattress. The dips only got worse so we went back to the store. It was then that we were told we had to pay $99.00 for repurchasing and on top of that we had to pay $99.00 to get the different mattress delivered. By the way the salesman wasnt even willing to acknowledge how upset this made us. The Slumberland practices are outrageous. Ill try not to go back there for anything else.

Salesman was amazing, had a good variety and we found what we wanted. Disappointed in the fact that we went there specifically for the buy one get one Lazy Boy recliners advertised on the radio, no exclusion statex in ad, only to find out that it only applies to 3 certain ones. The salesman heard our complaint, hopefully he will address the concern.Only other slight disappointment was the wait time for product... Left there after purchasing 2 recliners and a bed, would have bought a sofa had the recliners been priced like they were advertised!,so the salesman did all he could to help us with the pricing which was appreciated

Went in to buy a sofa, I had 2 options selected one was $400 cheaper than the other, I was told it wasnt going to be in stock for months, when I was about to leave miraculously it was that one that was actually gonna be in stock. Then when I agreed to purchase the cheaper one I was literally bait and switched and the more expensive sofa was put on the sales slip. I had to point out several times how it was the incorrect sofa we were shown. Then I hear a sales pitch about how great the much more expensive sofa is and why I should just buy that one anyways. I work in sales these tactics are horrible, the customer and associate should be clear about what it actually being purchased before you run a card for over a thousand dollars.

Good in store selection of furniture to choose from. Disappointed they don’t sell couch covers to protect them from pets or even human spills, but not a big deal. Salesman answered questions with confidence and wasn’t pushy at all. He let us do our searching and checked on us a couple times when he was walking around. When we are ready to buy more furniture we will be sure to return to take a look

Keith Kokott was the most helpful associate we have come across in our search for a new mattress and box springs. We price shopped quite a few stores and hands down he was most knowledgeable on the products. He showed us all of our options and listened to all of our needs.
The prices are good and the delivery was done correctly and on time but the salesperson straight up lied by saying that the people who deliver the mattress would take as many large items as we wanted them to. When the delivery people arrived they wouldnt take anything other than the mattress saying that the its been a sore spot between the two companies because the store says they will take multiple large items when they only take the mattress. To top it off you have to pay extra for them to take the mattress and as many other large items as you want (but not really). The delivery people were very nice and open about the whole deal.
