Like many other businesses, Eyemart Express is understaffed. I had to wait 20 minutes for an associate to assist me with eyeglass purchases. Once she began helping me, her service to me was exceptional. She found frames for me that I didnt even notice! I am so very satisfied with my eye exam and glasses purchases. I love my sunglasses and regular glasses. I wear trifocals and my vision is great again. Highly recommend 👌 👍

Fast. Efficient. Knowledgeable. The associate that assisted me brought out styles I hadnt considered and Im so glad she did! Ended up purchasing sunglasses and regular eyeglasses for less than half the price Ive previously paid for 1 pair.

I needed to update my eyeglasses and prescription this past summer. I chose Eyemart in Onalaska, WI to get my glasses. They have many styles of frames to choose from. The quality and prices are excellent. I have bought glasses from Eyemart for over 20 years and have never had any issues or problems! I generally keep my frames for at least 2 - 4 years, depending on my prescription, etc. Only once have I had my frames break, and that was when I kept my frames for over 5 - 6 years (I feel that is a long time for glasses, but they were my favorite 😊). I plan on continuing to shop at Eyemart for all of my, and my familys, eyeglass needs.

It was very busy the day we were there. The staff were all polite and upbeat with all customers. We were helped efficiently and the experience was professional.

I was extremely surprised with the variation of frames, quick service and great deals. I must say the Karen in the Onalaska clinic is pleasant, knowledgeable and she truly cares about the satisfaction of the customers and ensuring their glasses fit PERFECTLY.

Easy to set up appt. Quick service. Nice selection. Only problem was the multiple text messages saying the glasses were done, even hours later. And I tried texting stop but those failed to send.

My experience with eyemart express was flawless from the exam to the completion of the transaction and the affordability is also a big plus. Under two hours from start to finish for two pair of glasses. A big thank you to the employees even though I noticed a help wanted sign indicating they are working short staffed.

The customer service was good. These are however the lowest quality glasses. I paid extra for no glare and that was a waste of money. I tried to remedy the situation by buying more expensive lenses. There is still a bad glare. I was told they cant do anything about that

Was waited on arrival promptly. Put my order in and they found a coupon for me. Glasses were ready in 15 minutes.

We went with the lure of lower prices, one hour glasses and one free pair. We didnt get a buy one get one free with the lame excuse that it didnt work with our insurance. Our glasses couldnt be done in one hour and prices not all that low. They charge $49 to warranty their glasses one year. Expect to wait a long time for help.

My experience at Eyemart Express was warm and welcoming! The receptionists were polite and helpful. And the Eyeglass Specialist, Krystal, who helped my mom and I went above and beyond to help us find the perfect frames for us! We felt like we were truly important to her and the business! I had great service years ago. This time I was looking for safety glasses with removable side shields. They are not, plus one side shield had a molding defect so they wouldnt open or close properly. Now Im waiting to hear from the manager to find out what they will do.

In the many, many years Ive worn glasses/contacts, this was one of the best experiences Ive had. Appointment was ON TIME (!). The ophthalmologist and tech were both very friendly and thorough. The eye lab techs did not rush me while choosing frames or through the ordering process. My glasses were ready well within the hour estimated, and were dispensed as soon as I returned for the pick up. I would recommend this Eyemart Express to anyone.

Had an eye exam with Dr. Stoffregen. He was thorough, patient, and the prescription that I got seems perfect. They allow you to pick your glasses at your own pace. Krystal was amazing with the purchase and my glasses were done way before I expected them! Thanks!

Customer services was pretty good but the products they sell are not. Ipurchased 2 pair of glasses in Nov of 2019. The first pair were rather expensive being as they were progressives. I opted for transition coating. Apparently the coating necer set or cured so its like constantly having greasy finger prints on my lenses. The 2nd pair were distance only and have already broken. Unfortunately I moved across the country a month later so Im sitting here stuck with garbage glasses.

The same style glasses made with the same lense material at 1/2 the price of another glass place right there in the mall the same day. No brained who I’m going with! Device was professional and my glasses were a special order and still came in fast.

Dana is fantastic! It was my 6 year olds first time getting glasses and she was great with him. She even remembered his name when we came back to pick them up.

My fiancé came home from work and leaned on and split my glasses at the bridge when they were on the bed. In a last minute emergency being that I am near sighted and need them to read when I drive I searched Google for same day places. They were not only quick but I received two for the price of one. My fiancé also received two for the price of one. We found stylish frames that we really loved. I usually order online, but since I needed them fast I went to Eyemart Express and received all four of our frames within 2hours. He leaned on my glasses around 3:30PM so I was truly in panic mode and we had to pick up our kids. The only dissatisfaction is the thickness of my lenses. I paid almost $100 to thin my lenses and they are still pretty thick. Granted I have a strong prescription, but when I order online and pay to thin the lenses they are so much thinner. I called after I left and the manager told me it was because I had big frames; however, I ALWAYS get very large and fashionable frames. Even the pair I came in with that were broken were large frames. This would not stop me from returning with my children or my fiance. They are super sweet and courteous and aside from the lenses coming out too thick in my frames we were happy with our service. We are getting married in July in Vegas and there is no way I will be comfortable with these lenses sticking out like this in photos and due to eye issues and allergies plus dry eyes I am not a big fan of wearing contacts again from bad experiences

We dont normally go to Eyemart Express, but were going here from now on. Our eye tech, Donn, was awesome and really knew what he was doing. And the price, fantastic! They had a super sale and both my husband and I got 3 pairs of glasses for under $200! Amazing.

Tons of choices! They said they’d have both pair done in am hour. One pair finished in 45 minutes; the other on 62 . The text alert service that the glasses were done was cool! Allowed me to do a little shopping. The Staff MADE THE DIFFERENCE! They took time to explain everything and were expert in what they do as well as patient enough to get the exact right fit! This was my second time to get an eye exam and glasses. They are professional, patient, and you get good quality for the price.

I have purchased several Pairs of glasses from this business for my husband and my two daughters They are both very responsible and we have never elected to Purchase the additional lens warranty only the frame warranty the last time I was in the store the representative did not adjust my husband’s glasses to fit his face properly one of the pairs ended up fitting right out of the box without needing any adjustment for him, The other pair however was crooked and loose on his face from day one. With the busy rat race of life it has been three weeks since purchase of these two pairs of glasses and I have been meaning to come in and have the crooked pair reheated and fit to my husbands face we have just not yet found the time to do so... today they fell off my husband‘s face the frame and lens both got scratches, I called and received a representative named Dan he confirmed they did not care whatsoever that the representative did not adjust it to fit my husband’s face and did not seem to think that that could be any sort of the cause that they fell off my husbands face and we now have a damaged $200 pair of glasses that they’re willing to do nothing about, because we didn’t purchase the additional lens protection, they said that they would reheat the frame and leave my husband with the scratched up frame and glass even though it is only been three weeks since purchase please take your business elsewhere as they do not care about loyal customers nor do they care that their job wasn’t followed 100% on their end from initial purchase.. very poor customer service And this Dan guy was really something I tell you I called back literally 10 seconds after speaking with him to ask for his name and the other representative said he was busy and he could not come to the phone But she did tell me that his name was Dan the man.. stay away from this company They may be a little bit cheaper than some of the other vision centers but their customer service is next to nothing spend a little bit more and get better service elsewhere fellow specs wearers BEWARE

The receptionist at the optometrist was pretty rude actually and gave us a hard time about not knowing the actual name of our insurance that was printed nowhere on the card they gave us... other than that the rest of the process was quick and easy and the people in the Eyemart Express side of the house were helpful and friendly.

I liked the tech and the doctor. They were both efficient and forthcoming with information regarding my vision. My only complaint involves the 2 for $ deals they heavily advertise. The price is NOT what they promote and the salesperson, (actually the store manager), automatically added pricey warranties without asking me. When I talked at the price and threatened to walk out with only my prescription in hand, she got the price lowered to only about double the special price with my exam included. I was underwhelmed.

When I went to have my sons eyes checked, other places wouldn’t see him because they said he was too young to have an exam done at almost 7 years old. I called Eyemart and they said no problem, bring him in. The service we received was so nice compared to the competitor by them. Everyone was so nice and helped make the appointment fun for my son! My entire family will be going there from now on for our eye exams and glasses!

I have not received my glasses so can’t comment on the quality. I was not happy when I went to pick up glasses( made trip only to pick up glasses). Eye Mart could not find my glasses. It showed glasses were dispensed. I did not pick up. After I got home, a couple of hours later I got a call saying they thought they were to be shipped out. They had found them. Never was anything said about them being shipped.This was a wasted trip and time for myself. I realize this probably doesn’t happen often but upset for the inconvenience.

I have been going here for years and Ive never had any problems. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. They will always take the time to adjust your glasses if you need to come back after a few days. The prices are very competitive and the replacement policy is excellent as well!Just a tip: One of employees told me that if you sit down at one of the tables, no one will come help you because the tables are only for use when youre ALREADY being helped. If you want service, go up to the main desk or approach an employee.
