Window World has been great to work with from initial consultation to installation. Jared was able to give us multiple options but recommended the slider style window based on our desire to maximize our view. We took his recommendation and couldnt be happier. The installation crew was very friendly, arrived on time, and didnt mind my young kids wanting to see all the action. Adam and Levi made sure to clean up well and inspected their work multiple times. They did a thorough job and we look forward to working with Window World again in the future.

Windows look good. Installation went great. Crew cleaned up left no mess. The only complaint I have is when the windows were ordered, I paid $8,000.00 down. I asked about the 5% veteran discount and the 3% discount for paying cash or check. I was told that the final bill would reflect both discounts. When the windows came in I went in to pay the bill in full, I was informed that only discount could be applied. I think maybe I should have been informed of it when I made the down payment and asked about it.

We had all of our windows and sliding glass doors in our two story house, as well as our garage doors replaced. Jared and and crew were outstanding to work with. They did custom wrapping around all doors and windows to really make them pop as well. Would definitely recommend, and use again.

Expensive reminder of broken promises.After waiting 5 months, installed a window not in line with customer expectations. Lack of communication between the manager and the customer lead to major disappointment in product. After voicing concerns with disappointment they did nothing but refer to the contract and not the fact that they mislead the customer from the initial meeting. Be careful if you work with them. They are only looking out for themselves and not the customers satisfaction. Installation crew is also very unprofessional. Very dissatisfied. Would NEVER recommend.

These guys were great. All new windows, plus a new garage door, and a service door added to the garage, all done in two days.Highly recommend!

We first met with our sales rep for a quote months ago (February). He spent a few hours here going through stuff and explaining stuff to us and taking measurements ( 1st time measurements were taken). After deciding to go ahead with their quote, He then called and asked to come back again, this time with a contractor because they needed to recheck the measurements (2nd time measurements were taken). We then had to wait a few months before they would even come. Fast forward to current- mid July) the day arrives that they were coming to install, and guess what? Only THREE of our 9 windows were the right size. We have rearranged our schedule three times now for these people and lost wages for time off of work to be here for appointments and now they are saying it will be a few weeks to get new windows and yet another install date. Not to mention our old windows were so horrible our small ranch style homes utility bill was running 300 + a month due to heating and cooling issues, so time was of the essence for us. We were VERY disappointed that this MAJOR screw up could have so easily been avoided. Their solution to it, was to knock $100 off of our 7,200 bill. Dan Bauer, our sales rep, claims anything over that would be completely unreasonable. The amount of money this screw up has cost us alone is more then $100. Customer service is lacking greatly and take no responsibility for their screw ups. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. To have come measured twice and still screwed everything up, is just complete incompetence.

We got bids and contracted out with window world in January, and it was quick and easy without pressure to do anything we werent planning to do anyways. The job was done in mid March, with 8 window replacements complete in around 7 hours. One of the window cutouts on the house needed extensive work to make the window functional and we were very pleased they went the extra mile to allow the job be completed in a single day. The house is about 150 years old, and the new windows fit right in with the place. We went with the energy star double paned with argon gas, and I can now stand next to the windows without noticing the substantial differences in temperature like the previous windows allowed. They met and exceeded expectations.

They were very easy to work with and Adam and Levi did a great job.

I can highly recommend this company for installing windows, they are incredibly professional and courteous. The quality of the triple pane windows is great and they also have an excellent value.From the beginning of the sales process they were super helpful and responsive to any questions I had. The install crew was very great and did their work in a professional manner while upholding a high level of quality. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Once they install your windows, your Lifetime Warrenty doesnt mean much. There are all kinds of hidden rules so if you ever need service on your windows, good luck. It takes them months to get back to you and then this company does not stand by their products. I had to call another window installer to fix my issue.

Once the old door was removed some unforeseen issues popped up, Jared and his crew were able to fix them no problem as well as recommend other small efficiency upgrades. The price was very reasonable, the quality, workmanship, and warranty are second to none. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and was respectful of our home while keeping a clean work area. Having Window World as a contractor was definitely a 5 Star experience.

I got estimates from 5 different businesses. Only the salesman from Window World removed his shoes before coming in my house! He was very knowledgeable about the product, the warranty, and the company. He was also very nice and personable.The installers were on time, professional, quick, and skilled. They worked well together as a team, and were conscientious about their work. They put plastic down throughout the house wherever they walked. Everything was cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. They also cleaned up outside. Adam went through the operations of the windows before he left, and assured us we can contact them if we have any questions.The only thing i would suggest is that when they call to confirm installation for the next day, instead of telling the customer to clear pictures and items from the wall 3-5 feet around windows, explain that installers will be using a sawzall. This vibrates the entire wall, so everything on the whole wall should be removed, as well as what is on the back side of the adjoining wall if its close to the window. If I would have understood this, i could have been better prepared. But all in all, we are very satisfied with our Window World experience.

WINDOW WORLD HAS DONE IT AGAIN!A few years ago, we had them replace all of our windows & install a new patio door. They did such a great job that we had them back to install a new front door today.The ordering process was easy, selection phenomenal & the representative was easy going (no pressure) & patient while we took time to decide on what we wanted.Adam & Tristan were a good team & worked well together today doing the front door & storm door installation. They had all 16 windows replaced in the first day! Second day they finished outside. Very quick and I am very happy with them. Outside noises are muffled and house isnt drafty anymore.

We had our living room picture window replaced by Window World, and they did a fantastic job. Adam was our installer and he was a really nice guy. He did a great job and the install is very clean. The window lets in so much more light than our old one, and that corner isnt drafty anymore. Ill definitely hire them for my next project.

Just had our new windows installed. They look fabulous and I can actually open them, unlike my older ones. The crew got here early and they all worked hard in the cold and snow. After the windows were installed they cleaned up everything perfectly, inside and outside. I would recommend them to anyone. My sister also got her windows from Window World several years ago and she still loves them.

The team under Nick and Jeramy were on time, friendly, knew what they were doing, and did it. I was impressed with the precautions they took to protect my flooring and carpet. I have flower gardens around the house, and they were considerate of that, in their placement of the ladders. We are well pleased with the results of their work.

I had an old bay window replaced with a different style and it looks/works better than before. The work was quickly done and the workers were professional. I have a specialty sized glass sliding door and many more windows to replace in my older home and I plan to use window world again and again because their pricing and professionalism.

We just had 19 windows replaced a week before Christmas which could have been a disastrous mess! The guys quickly replaced all the windows, hauled the old ones away, along with any other pieces of the old windows, and cleaned up all their mess. They brought two trash cans along with them to dispose all of the excess that was created. All of them were friendly and answered all of my questions and filled me in on any instructions I needed after the windows were installed. I had used Window World in Virginia Beach, Virginia when I lived there and they were so good, we called them again. We were not disappointed! Its a big, expensive job and a tough decision to make, but Window World made it all easy and efficient..
