So I had a tough time with Toys-R-Us this year. They have a great selection and everything you could want. The people are good too. BUT ever since the bankruptcy the prices are higher than everywhere else. Plus they will not price match this year. So just as an example I went to get a game. It was $6 more for the same game I could get across the street. So I had to go to the other place. On 3 toys it was a $16 difference. So just be aware of that this Christmas season. Just to clarify, this is priced against other brick and mortar stores, NOT Amazon.

It was always fun to be at toys are us,i shopped most of my babys toy there.

Only a few more visits and theyll know me by name - they already know my face. Im a regular and a member of their rewards club. Literally has paid for all the diapers for 2 kids! Staff is always helpful and kind - even if theres a problem with something they make it right. The variety of products is so-so in the store, but basically anything you need is online.

Awesome ! They were really helpful when I went there. Im saddened that they had to close like a hundred stores. But hopefully they can snap back. And if anybody is looking for a toy I would go to Toys R Us before anywhere else. Thank you sincerely Matthew Wright.

Had to return an item I purchased online. The girl that helped me had been with some very rude customers prior to helping me but she was super sweet nonetheless. We joked around and laughed super hard. She was unable to pull up my info by my rewards number, but did all she could to find it. She and a manager went above and beyond to help. By the time I left, my cheeks hurt from smiling and laughing so much!!!

They had what I was looking for and the workers were quick to help and show you where the product was located. Only gave a 4 star cause transformers are to high priced.

Hopefully Toys R Us can stay in business, so that one can see the toys in person. However proximity to Walmart is tough competition for them. And if you want to send the a toy to somebody in another city the ease of online shopping is difficult for them to match.

Great place to find birthday presents for any childs age. Great lego selection.

Big toy store with a great selection, especially on name brands like Lego, Barbie, etc. Massive selection of board games. Not always the best prices, but they run a lot of sales and specials, especially on black Friday.

Store is closing says up to 30%off. Most of the store is 10% off didnt see any 30% few items 20%. Sections had no discount. Lots of merchandise left.

Nice place, Lots of Options, But Prices are Way to High co.pared to other place..Was lookn for an electronic Monopoly for Son as a Christmas gift, ToysrUs wanted $39.95 so I went across street to Walmart, where I got Same Game for $19.99

Not the easiest store to find things in. The employees are few but very helpful, but if you cant get ahold hold of one of them and you dont know your way around the store, you probably will have a bit of difficulty in finding what you want. That was my experience, and I observed that that was most of the other shoppers experiences as well.

This particular store has the most helpful employees.

Ordered a few items online. Got an email confirmation saying one of the items had shipped, however it was a different item delivered. When i called customer service they blamed it on the post office. I explained how the item shipped was not the item recieved. They went into theor system, marked the item i got as recieved but ive yet to recieve the other item they say was shipped and are blaming it on the post office

The store is ok, prices are a bit high. Selection of certian toys are great, while other brands are not as much.

I am a doll collector! so I enjoy going to toys r us every now and then to see what they have

I am new to the area I have gone to the store twice and both times had to leave before buying anything because it is too hot in the store. If you want to make money maybe make it more comfortable to shop in. Very disappointing.

When you walk into this Toys R Us, it looks like it would be a cool place. Then you head to your desired area of the store and once you get there you realize that it really isnt a cool store and here is why.-Prices: The prices are outrageous, they want near twice the price that some retailers like say Walmart want. Their Discounted items are for the most part broken toys that they knock a dollar off because they dont want to throw it away. These discounted items sit on the shelf for more than 2 years at time too, so pass on it like the other 1,000 people that seen it before you.- Products are old: Any collector can walk by the action figure sections of this store and tell right away they dont update their stock at all. Theres items that have been on the shelf for more than 4+ years. Ever heard of the wrestler Shelton Benjamin? If you havent, this guy hasnt wrestled for the WWE in well over 3 years, but they have about 25 action figures of him, and thats usually what they have at all times because the new shipments of WWE products would sell out in a week and they wouldnt replace those until 2 months later.- Service: The employees are extremely rude here. Every time I have shopped here its the same few people walking around and they just could give a crap less about you. For instance, if you ask the Store Manager as she likes to call herself, about where you could find the newest action figures she is completely clueless about product lines that arent barbie. The people that are in their electronics department have really gone south as well. I used to go in and be able to socialize with a few of the employees that worked there about a year or so ago. They always took interest in my childs needs and my concern for them being gamers. They always had GREAT recommendations too. Now you go into R-zone and they just act like your a idiot and recommend bad OLD games to you because it seems like they are trying to clean their stock up.- Sales Pitches: Every damn time you go to check out they harass you with Rewards Cards, Buyer Protection Plans, Babys R Us crap, Batteries and other add ons Seriously I dont want those products, quit harassing people and let them inquire on their own. It shouldnt take 5 minutes to check out with 2 action figures.Over all this stores quality has gotten horrendous in the last year and I recommend shopping else where to save money, get the newest toys and get better service.
