Piepho handled loading for our move from the Midwest to the South. Page and her team were outstanding on load day. Page and the three persons working under her supervision were very professional and polite with excellent attitude during the whole time. We were amazed how well and smoothly they worked together. They handled everything so well that we cannot even think of any possible improvement. Page has superb leading skills. In giving us a cost estimate, Fran was always responsive, prompt, efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. Everything he told us was the way it actually happened later.

Piepho Moving sent an estimator to our home, and he was professional, courteous, and meticulous in cataloguing our personal items to be shipped. We received an emailed estimate within 24 hours, and plans were made for the shipment. On load day, the Piepho folks and Allied Semi driver arrived when they said they would, were courteous, efficient, and professional. The driver and 6-man load crew walked our home and workshop with us, laid out the travel paths for loading, and protected the floors, walls and doorways prior to moving our goods. Even though we struggled with getting a shuttle truck up a very steep gravel driveway, everyone kept their cool, and we all persevered. On the delivery end, the driver and 3-man crew also protected floors, walls, and doorways, and made short work of unloading us, even navigating a steep concrete driveway and ramp up to the house with hand trucks, all without complaint.We highly recommend both Piepho Moving and Allied Van Lines for any moving needs the reader of this review may have!

They made my move so easy and pleasurable. Drivers, packers and moving staff were great, as were Fran, the estimator and Angie. Very accommodating especially when they had to move things a couple of times. Friendly, courteous, and used face masks for my protection without me having to ask. While I haven’t finished unpacking yet, I have encountered no damage or breakage. I would use this company anytime I needed to make a move.

What a great experience! These 2 workers took the time to make sure our floors and door ways were covered and all of our belongings were covered as well. The workers were polite, courteous, efficient and did an excellent job. i hope to never have to move again but if we would need some help moving things around I would definitely call Piepho again!! I had an in house rearranging that needed to be done, but couldnt do it myself. The 2 men were very professional and kind! I was very impressed with Piepho Moving and Storage. They accommodated my fairly last minute request for assistance on moving me. The staff that moved me were very professional, pleasant, and hard working. They wrapped items up very carefully so nothing was damaged. I thought the cost was very reasonable as well. I have given their names out to several people I knew that were moving. I will be moving in a couple of years and would hire them again. I would highly recommend them.

I needed to move three, yes 3, pianos. After being told several times by other companies that they couldnt/wouldnt do it I was pleased to hear the people at Piepho not only would but for an fair price. The guys who came out were professional, careful and efficient. They even laid down a floor runner so as to not track snow in the houses. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of moving help.

From my initial contact with Fran who came to provide my estimate, to Greg and his crew who expertly packed and loaded my household goods to Bob and the local Missouri crew who carefully unpacked my belongings from the truck, they all are to be applauded! They did this move in sub zero temperatures, with snow on the ground and yet they never faltered from their professionalism, and the quality of the job done was top notch. Excellent experience. Preparation was smooth and communication with the coordinator cleared up issues smoothly and quickly. The movers were timely, professional and careful; they took good care of all the stuff we moved, and the houses on both ends. Our previous movers called and canceled the SAME DAY they were suppose to pick up our stuff. One call to Allied and they were able to fill in the very next day to help us get moved on time. They asked some of their movers if they were good coming to work during their vacation time and sure enough we had the perfect crew helping to get us all packed and moved! Yall are AMAZING!

I was nervous about finding a shipper as was stiffed by a auto transportation before when they never showed up after a trip to Iowa. That’ not the case with this allied store. They addressed everything and made the move so easy. Fran, Lynn and Chris the driver at Piepho were all great to deal with and then the estimate came in $200 less!! Piepho Moving and Storage definitely was not great, but they were not terrible either. Originally we had wanted them just to move items from one house to the next, but circumstances changed and we also needed them to box a few last minute things. After the crew arrived and learned of this, we could hear them complaining back and forth about it in another room. I can understand not appreciating a last minute change but at least complain about it where we are not standing. Not sure why they complained because in the end we got gouged in price for them to box things, especially when a number of boxes were filled with things like two pillows and we paid per box packaged. I will give the crew credit, we got blasted with a blizzard in the middle of loading the truck and they continued to move everything and get the truck unloaded at the new house. Would recommend truck use chock blocks next time as we had a bit of an incident with the truck rolling away down our driveway that delayed the unload.

Very impressed with the service we received. We used Piepho to help us relocate our dental office. We moved several large and expensive pieces of equipment, and the thought of moving them made us nervous for a number of reasons. They were very careful with the equipment and the new building during move in. Not a single ding in the wall! The movers showed up on time and worked hard from start to finish. They took direction during the process and were friendly and courteous. Although cautious with our things, they were efficient and got the job done in a timely fashion. I felt like they genuinely cared.

Excellent rating — movers showed up on time, worked efficiently, explained the process to me, and put in additional effort to come up with a solution for moving out — and later unload and move in at new location — a very large and heavy item. Highly recommend.
