Been going through these guys for so many years. Very great team of employees. This will always be my favorite store to go to as long as the keep the people they have. Just saying.

ATTENTION, DO NOT DO IT TO YOUR SELF . They will charge you normally for the first 3 weeks then try to sneak double charge you in one week . Then we called the store to speak to them to let them know they charged us again for the week, they started making 1,000 excuses, Being rude and literally making stuff up in our faces . The manager is rude . It’s a female she needs to be fired ASAP. And there’s another male worker in there who thinks he’s John cena trying to fight the customers . This IS THE RENT A CENTRE STORE THEY TELL U TO STAY AWAY FROM ‼️‼️PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE down . BEFORE U BUY FROM THEM REMEMBER THEY DONT EVEN HAVE 4 stars

Kind of disappointed honestly, they encourage you to get their electronics but fail to mention that if it gets damaged that you are responsible to have it fixed. When I asked about If the cellphone/ tv I am renting was to break they ASSURED it was covered when I signed the lease but did NOT clarify that it doesnt cover fixing a screen if it gets broken, they offered to send it off and have it fixed by their tech guy but couldnt tell me how much it would be.. Now Im stuck paying for a phone thats broken and stuck fixing it before I can even return it. IF THEY HAD MENTIONED THAT THIS WASNT COVERED I WOULDNT HAVE LEASED IT. ITS NOT EVEN COVERED WITH THE EXTRA INSURANCE YOU PAY EXTRA FOR.

I have been a customer with rent a center for over 30 years ! They can work with you as long as you are honest with them . They have great deals and when I need something they dont have they try their hardest to find it for me . Keep up the good work guys !! See ya soon

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . And here is why I already paid them and they said they would drop my TV and PlayStation off at my house at 11 for my sons birthday the guy in the store said this would not be a problem at all he’s was into the idea of my surprising my son said that’s a great idea and he’d like to be apart of this.They will do Anything to get the business but not take the proper steps to keeping customers happy. They Told me he would make it happen. Then they show up to my house 3 hours late and they have attitude and the guy hits the TV off of my door way and looks around to see if anyone seen it so I stay quiet and let them finish and I bring it up to him you just Scratched my wall with the TV and he try’s to play it off like nothing happened. I will not being doing business with this rent a center ever again you lost my long lasting business I’ve spent so much money here for them to send there worst employees to my house and for them to completely lie right to my face I will be letting everyone know about the way you guys do shady business. I have been trying to call the corporate number but no connection, so I decided to write corporate directly to make a complaint. I recently bought a over priced washer and dryer set, out front . Paid in full.The oneida, ny store has been calling me non stop for someone i know but I am not a reference for them or vice versa. I have told them multiple times and the employees just laughed this store continues to harrass me . Employees include Johanna, mike, john, and another Male. Then the employees showed up at my house to get a hold of said person, which does not live with me or stay in anyway. If these employees show up at my house again I will call the cops for harassment. There is no reason for the store to come after me when I have no connection with said person . This will be the first and last time I buy from this company.these employees are beyond rude and its very disappointing

I bought my entire bedroom set from them . Little over priced but at the time it was fitting and the payment was right . Great experience overall

Johanna is the nicest woman I have met, and her staff is super friendly and awesome as well. She has worked with me so many times to make sure i could keep my items. I recommend coming down and getting on one of their great specials.

Nice to know this store is available when I get settled in my new apartment.

They are great if you have not credit. That top of line appliances.
