I am 100% satisfied with the work that was on my 1978 Corvette. In addition to the quality work, I want to mention my appreciation for their customer service. They went out of their way to locate some hard to find parts and they were in constant communication with me on the status of my vehicle. HIGHLY recommended.

After I hit some debris and popped my tire on I-90, the guys at Oneida Service Center went out of their way and made a special drive out to Utica just to find me the correct tire for replacement. Because of their dedication to customer service I was able to get back on the road in just a couple hours. Many thanks.

They got me in the next day and checked some things out I was concerned about and made some adjustments to my breaks that another shop did incorrectly, but now feel solid and correct. I definitely will be going back!

Had a initial 24 point inspection and they came back with outrageous quote and not to mention they failed to see and say it needed control arms so it would have been even more then the original quote. So I didnt go through with having the work down here. Had it done elsewhere for half the price they quoted me. But with that said the staff seemed very professional and kind and I liked how they do there digital quotes.

Kind of expensive, but, any car work is. The guys seem to be good at telling you exactly what is wrong and not charging you for other things on top of that. They actually look for what your problem and fix it.

I had to have my car towed here and they were recommended by AAA and Im so glad that I listened to them. They are very kind and caring here and get things done in a timely manner along with great prices and not to mention when I had my car brought there again the following week for a different problem they had it fixed the next day and gave my fiance and i a great recommendation for an ice cream place to go t . I cant think them enough for how quick and efficient they were at helping me get back on the road

Engine lights went on and got off thruway to check it out. Jon took a look right away and advised us of issue. Went the extra mile to suggest lunch location while he checked on vehicle. Very honest in dealings! Refreshing.

Finding a trustworthy mechanic is a process - take your car somewhere and see if theyre reasonable on price and honesty. If theyre not, move on to the next. Fortunately, I can tell you Oneida Service Center is one of those trustworthy garages.Ive taken numerous cars in for anything from simple inspections, to more complex work. Theyve never tried to hawk unnecessary services or work on me. Im a shade tree mechanic myself, I usually do my own work. So I typically know what my car needs, and theyve always mentioned work I know needed to be done, and theyve always been more than reasonable on price and turnaround time.If youve got a car that needs work done, this is one of the best places in town to take it to. Highly recommended.

Only place we would take our cars. Jon and John have always taken good care of us. Love to deal with people who treat us well and we know won’t take advantage of a woman not as well versed in cars as she should be. Recommend them to all of our friends and have never been disappointed.

Great place to get your vehicle serviced. Staff is very friendly and take time to answer any questions that you have. The place is very clean and inviting. Because they are AAA approved when my car was towed there it didnt count against my allowable AAA calls. Glad theyre part of my community.

This place is great. Whether you know about cars or not this is a terrific garage. They tell you what you need, work around your schedule to get it done. They will also space it out for you so its not 1 big expense at once. Theyre not pushy, theyll show you what the problem is if youd like to see. I recommend this place to everyone.I came in for an oil change, thought I might need breaks. They checked it over, did just what I asked and scheduled me for another visit to start on the rest. They didnt pressure me and gave good advice.

I had my vehicle repaired here. I figured since it was a local shop the prices would be comparable to other shops in my area. Since I needed my car for work I decided to get the work done here figuring it was the going rate for the job. After my service was complete I found that had I gone to a dealership my cost would be considerably less then had I gotten the work done at this shop. When questioned about their prices, the counter person got very defensive and rude. I do not recommend this shop and next time I have a repair to be done, I will be going anywhere else but here. Sad considering they seemed like such nice people until things got real.

Wonderful experience with our car here - would absolutely bring it by again. Its always a pleasure to support independent shops.

These guys are great!!!!! John and John and George. I had a warranty issue with my car. Needed an engine. I filed a claim and had 120 days to complete the work. I took it to a shop, not Oneida service, and after the other shop wasted my time for 100 days and 3 broken engines. I was referred by a friend to Oneida Service Center on upper lenox ave. I only had 20 days left and no engine to install in my car. I was assured by John that they could get the job done. They had my engine at his shop within 2 days. The car was completed in 4 days. The engine only has 18,000 miles on it and the car runs great. On top of that a warranty came with the new engine. We even had an issue with the claim, and the owner straightened it out in 1 day! The engine was almost $2700.00 and i walked away without paying a dime! I will never bring our vehicles anyware else!!!!!! Thanks Guys!!!!!!

Ive been satisfied with this shop for a few years now.

Charged us $800 for a radiator job which included radiator, thermostat and fluid. Totally took advantage of us seeing we were out of state. Just asked another mechanic down the road and said fair price would have been $400. My suggestion: do not give these guys your business!
