Me and Emily walked into the store and randy greeted us very welcoming! he introduced us to these nice mattresses and didn’t pressure us whatsoever. he gave us his honest opinion on certain mattresses at the right price! Emily and I will definitely be back to make a purchase in the nearby future!

The staff are very friendly and the prices are affordable. Randy and Ken have been very helpful through the entire finding and buying process. Me and my fiance have only two payments left until we can take our matress home and we cant wait! If you are in the market for a fairly priced matress this is the place to go.

Mattress Express here in Oneida is fantastic! Everyone was really helpful and we got an amazing deal! They offer things like layaway in order to make it more convenient for the customer. We have been talking about getting a new mattress and box spring for quite some time and decided to visit the Mattress Express Oneida store as an impromptu since it was in the same plaza at one of the stores we were shopping. Randy, the salesman was fantastic! He wasnt pushy or overbearing. He was very knowledgeable about all of the store products and he was patient with explaining all of the details and features for each of the beds. We tried many several times! Because of our experience, we decided to purchase a Chill series temperpedic split mattress with base, chill pillows, a mattress cover, and two sheet sets. I cant wait until it all arrives.
