Broken card readers on pumps, broken sub line/pizza line, every other item is out of stock and the employees just dont even care. Told them of a broken reader on a pump, and I got back Yeah, most of them are.Steer clear of this place, it has gone downhill big time since Circle K bought the Nice N Easy franchises.

I live local, I have been ordering subs from circle k for 5 years, when I called to order today Michelle answered and she was very nice and enthusiastic. It might not seem like the tone of voice would mean much, but it does! It makes me feel like they are happy to help assist me with my order. The over the phone interaction is just as important to me as the in person action!! She was just amazing. She read my order back to me, she gave her opinion when I asked what’s popular or a good combination sandwich wise, she took her time! In the past I have been rushed on the phone, or just very short and monotone. She just stood out to me!! It’s nice to have friendly people in this world and she did awesome!!! She should be recognized for her performance! Over the phone work ethic is highly as important as in person in my eyes and she nailed it!! Thanks so much Michelle for assisting me with my order. I just had to write a review, I don’t normally write them but she just made my day! So if you want to order subs, Michelle is great at that. Projects her voice & speaks clearly. Awesome. I love Circle K & The subs so it’s nice having a good experience for the first time in a while.

Ever since circle k has taken over nice an easy in Oneida ny it’s become garbage. Out of meat out of bread for subs, for some reason can’t make food even though it’s completely dead there. It’s very poorly ran an it’s to bad. in a prime location it should be doing better.

They have non-ethanol gasoline premium octane 91. Works pretty good in my Subaru.

I stopped for gas and usually I pay at the pump but I had cash so I figured I would save 10 cents a gal.went in and paid cash and they still charged me card price at the pump.went back in and the guy I paid cash to couldnt figure out what I was talking about.i think they do this all the time and people just dont notice.

11/21/2020...Stopped to grab a bite to eat and was rudely told by Steven that he could not make food because he had to do his paperwork, I was the only customer in store when he said this. I used the facilities and asked him for the number to call in a complaint, he told me online, so here it is. He was rude and telling me someone quit on him, not my circus not my monkey. I stop at this location almost weekly on my way home and it gets worse and worse each time! If he doesnt like his job tell him to h iui t the road!!

The most dirty bathroom I’ve been in in a long time. The 1 x 4 piece of wood that is the” key” fob, is so covered in grime and what could only be described as feces cannot be anything more than a deterrent to keep people out of the restroom. What are the owners thinking in not rewarding the workers there to keep those accommodations for the public, you know the people that spend their money there,as clean as possible?

Service was absolutely terrible . I stand there waiting for a sub she say “ what do you want “ I say wow 😯.She makes my sub I ask do you have Italian herbs and cheese her response is “nah “I continue to follow through and say thank you for for helping . She responds yup .I’ll take that drive to subway next time

Not what it used to be... not like the Nice n Easy. This is the 2nd time I’ve grabbed one of the premade sandwich’s and again; it’s soggy and old. I got a fruit cup last time too and the grapes were rotten. Sure; you save a few bucks w the card but; not worth it to me. Sorry.

This is a great place for diesel if youre pulling a 5th wheel. Easy approach from the street. They even have a big yellow sign to tell you which pump. We also ordered a philly steak sub which was fantastic.

Paid $2.85 for a slice of pepperoni pizza, it was so small...about 4 bites. What a rip off.

Sad seing no reviews to one of the most amazing stores. It has everything ranging from adult to kids (alcohol to juice). Great store, customer service, and subs, the best around. They have what your normal stores dont have and still have what your normal stores have. Also theres restrooms!!!
