Felt very rushed at the checkout, cashier seemed annoyed that I couldnt get my items bagged fast enough for him. It was the night before Halloween, so I understood it was a little busy and the store was a bit disheveled and there was a lot of missing product from the shelves. Okay overall.

The story is clean and well kept, the associates are pleasant. I enjoy going in there just to browse. Im always there for holiday decor.

Great store with some great deals! You have to be careful though as some deals are too good to be true in the Quality of the product. You usually get what you pay for, so smart.

Fantastic staff! Theyre kindness is genuine. I had the opportunity to work part time for the holiday season and I cant say enough positive things from the inside. Youre encouraged to really help the costumer, and the leaders fosters a great environment. Check out the clearance as much as possible, youll get some great deals.

I wasnt there to do anything but window shop but I must say this, this was the nearest most organized of all the stores of this chain I have been in.

Quite not packed. Disorganized and sale aItems arent really sales 😕. Wide variety of selections but not much for boys versus girls, girls definitely have boy stuff beat.

Good merchandise. Good prices. The clerk would not let up on trying to push their discount program on me. She asked me 7 times! I replied NO each time. I wont shop at the Oneida NY store any more. Jackie needs to learn what NO means and how to respect a customer.

The man who rang me out on Tuesday was so friendly and just made me smile. Always love going there to look at their holiday selections. Prices arent bad either. Got food, bathroom supplies, cat and dog supplies, furniture, kitchen stuff, candy, beauty supplies, just anything you need.

Discounts wall to wall..a little of this and a little of that .....pleasant workers!!

This places has amazing bluetooth speakers and its great if your on a budget and need indoor and/or outdoor furniture and they give out coupons if your become a Big lots! Members!

Actually stopped at 2 different locations today. Great selection for all household needs! Oneida was a lot cleaner than the Utica location just off River Rd near rte 49. My wife did say they are stepping up their game though. She was impressed with the quality and prices.

Love Big Lots! I always find so many great deals from food items to home decor to slippers. Never come out of the store empry handed. Great sales and awesome seasonal items.

Basic needs and then some. Prices VERY low compared to other local grocery. Ethnic foods are beginning to expand. Meat are better quality. VERY rarely do they run out of advertised sale items!

Tons of clearance and mark down odds and end itemsSome of the isles were in disarray but at the end when we got to the register signing up or we signing up for my big lots card Gabe was awesome went above and beyond his job he wasnt even my cashier but took time to come over and how the lady that was ringing me out just awesome

So many different things that are so interesting and that you dont find in other stores! I can come up with great decorating ideas....this place inspires me and doesnt break my budget!

I went in to look at flower pots but didnt buy any ended up buying some pillows. The prices arent really marked. The pillows I bought were priced ended up being less expensive than what was marked. Can you imagine what theyd sell if they marked their items.

Ive been going to this Big lots for over 10 years! The people there remember your name talk to you they help you in anyway possible, its almost like going to a family store. Theyve recently redone the whole store changed all the isles around. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area.

Big lots used to be a good store but its falling apart they cut almost every good worker out and now people barely make it there

Staff is great but the bathrooms could use more attention and maybe an update. Otherwise its a great store.

Big Lots has my fizzy water at the cheapest price I can find. They have a lot of products like that. Love them!

Lots of renovations going on at this store. Many products are moved and the shelves are messy. There are also a lot of holes in the floor tile and if you are not looking down then you could trip, just an fyi. The workers are helpful with finding products and seem to be nice. Big Lots sells a lot of different foods but be sure to check the date as some foods can be old and stale. All in all, this Big Lots is so-so.

They have great items for the home, decor, supplies, and fun snacks too!

Waited in line far too long..like 15 minutes at least!! Only one cashier for 10 minutes, then they finally paged another ..

Great place to shop for all your home needs ! Also food items at good prices ! the Furniture and Flooring was what we looked for here and found what we needed !

Most items are excellent prices and name brand but some items are more expensive than WalMart or even the Dollar Tree. Excellent place to shop for home decor and furnishings.

This place is filthy, disorganized, overpriced.might as well not even have it especially when you can go to the dollar store next door or drive a few more miles to walmart. Very scarce on staff as well. Not all the staff is that friendly either. The bathrooms are disgusting they smell and its like they are never cleaned. The place needs help.

Bathrooms are YUCK besides that wide variety, can be pricey depending on what it is cool in the summer warm in the winter :) no problems w returns and very helpful when u need help getting finding ur looking at something they even check other bigots stores :)

I was a Big Lots shopper for years as i was shopping in other states, but this one here has a maker employee that had me very upset when the man in the furniture department had seen me looking at all the furniture with interest in purchasing some, passed me by to go help another lady instead of me, and I was there first. I felt that he was rude for how he looked at me previous shopping times and tried to distance himself from me during my visit if I was in that store. I was upset and put all my stuff back and left. I wil not return
