Did a wonderful job on my car, highly recommend

Very positive experience. Appreciated his attention to detail and timely completion. I had a Subaru that needed a windshield replaced and they used genuine Subaru glass. Because the car has Subaru eyesight it had to be calibrated before the car was returned to me. All this was completed in the time limit given and appears to be working well.

When I called and had questions about drop off they were very courteous and professional. They made it very convenient for my husband to pick up the car. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Very happy with the service i received, they used a genuine Jeep OEM windshield on my 2017 Renegade Trailhawk and tested to make sure rain sensing wipers worked when completed. The installation took less time then I thought it would snd the staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Much thanks to Wendy and Jason. I highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass in Oneonta, NY.

The service was great 👍. They communicated with me very well. Even ended up coming to my house free of the trip charge, because they happen to be in my area!👏👏.But... later that day I happened to be driving by their Oneida Street Oneonta location that I had just dealt with and WOW 😳 - that place is a total dump! it looks like it an abandoned building that you might hear about someone getting stabbed in front of. The building is totally dilapidated!! I suspect this is why they didn’t want me to come down to their shop.You would think charging people 150$ for a 20 minute windshield repair of a single 1/4” rock chip, they might have a little extra money to maybe throw a new coat of paint on the place...Maybe run a push broom out front real quick. It would give it a much less “Stabby” look.I would recommend the at home service till they get the place spruced up!!!

Oneonta was wonderful

I loved how fast they were. I thought it’d be a pain as this is the first time I’ve had to get glass replaced, but they took my car and were back in an hour. No paperwork except what I’ve done online. I’m happy with the replacement. No problems with it. It’s perfect.

Prompt and fast service, Safelite has been a solid company that I have dealt with on and off over the years. The waiting room is quiet, clean, and the coffee machine is always ready to go. I would definitely keep them in mind for future services if I need auto glass work done.

Our windshield sensor needed to be reset, requiring a return visit, but their patient and friendly service earns them 5 stars. Recommend.

So far satellite corporate has been a nightmare. I tried calling local satellite from the numbers on the web. ALL numbers lead to the corporate phone. I want to talk to the local place for technical question that the corporate phone could not answer. Heck they couldnt give me the phone number of my local office. Yes they transfered me but that didnt help when local office hung up accidentally. Then back to playing keyboard on my phone to get to a human at corporate again.

Jeff was a super pro and when he was done it was like a new windshield had magically appeared. He even caught an issue with my humidity sensor not working and fixed it before driving off.

Company only schedules 2 mobile appointments a day. Would have had to wait over a week for service on an non-driveable vehicle. Over a week with no vehicle just to replace a windshield?! Called another local glass shop and received same day service.
