I do have to say the Eion and Chris were by far the best! From making sure my bed was the right one to making me feel comfortable talking to them about my sleeping habits. They were patient and answered all my questions.

After the most restful sleep my husband & I have had in a long time thanks to the knowledgeable recommendations of Eian, our sales person! He took the time to fully understand our needs and price points and made every effort with corporate on alternatives to how our selection could be held until our money was available while taking advantage of special prices available. Throughout the time of our first visit to the day after delivery, they made us feel like being valued customers was as important as just making a sale. They were even quick to rush out to the parking lot on one of our visits to assist when I fell and got me back on my feet. We then received follow up inquiries on 3 occasions to ensure I was okay!To sum up our experience with the company and its sales employee, we found them knowledgeable, reliable, dedicated to customer satisfaction and just because delivery is complete, they still gave assurances they will be there for any issues that might surface during the sleep-test  and beyond throughout the warranty period.

This was a disappointing experience. I had spoken in advance with someone there a couple weeks before, about inexpensive mattresses for my college student daughter. When we arrived, after driving 5 hours, they only seemed prepared to sell mattresses beyond our budget, and there was no interest in negotiations. Thats fine, clearly their right. Just, as I said, disappointing and not what I was given to expect. Otherwise seems like a nice store with decent options if you need something in a higher price bracket. We, however, went across the street and found what we needed exactly from a very friendly competitor.

We have several mattress places to choose from but the buzz around town was Metro Mattress knew their stuff. I went in to get information and was greeted by Chris. He assured us they would had a return policy if we didnt like the mattress but that wouldnt be necessary as him and his boss Eion were very knowledgable. After the boss was finished with his customers he came to assist us with Chris. What a great team!! My fiance is very happy. Shes very skeptical when it comes to sales people. Ive known the guys at metronmattress for years now and they always have been a good crew. Upon visiting, i was able to get a good feel of some of the mattresses and learn the plans they have there are actually quite affordable. Would definately recommend going to see these guys at any point if youre looking to upgrade or simply get something new. We were pleased with our visit, and would definately visit again if ever in need.

What an education we got from Bill at Metro Mattress in Oneonta, NY. We spent 3 hours in the store. We were looking for a new mattress to hopefully get better sleep. Back issues, acid reflux, and sleep apnea were our main concerns. Waking up in the morning, not feeling fully rested was an issue for both of us. We ended up purchasing a Temperpedic mattress with an adjustable frame. We NEVER intended to spend what we did, but after 3 hours and an education we were glad to receive, we were convinced this was the way to go. Our mattress is being delivered tomorrow and I feel like a child awaiting Santas arrival!! Hopefully, I can come back to leave another review after weve spent at least one month sleeping on our new mattress/bed.Bill was FANTASTIC!! His honesty and patience with us was unlike anything we experienced with other sales people in this area. Thank you BILL!!! YOU SIR.... are AWESOME!!!!

We had decided to upgrade our bed to a king-size. Frankly I was not looking forward to the process. We walked into Metro mattress and met Eion, he was very pleasant, took his time and explained the options. Eion was not pushy and not a hard sell. He set us up with box spings, bed frame and a head board. He put together a package price that included delivery that we felt was fair. Bob and Steve delivered our bed, our driveway is extremely challenging but they managed, they were efficient and polite. All in all a positive experience. Thanks to everyone, especially Eion.

Wanting to take advantage of Labor Day sales, I stopped in at Metro Mattress after seeing what Scholet Furniture, across the street, had to offer. I stated that I was checking options and prices and that Id be back with my husband the next day. The salesman refused to show me anything. He insisted I come back the next day with my husband. A second person came out on the floor and agreed. It would be pointless to show me anything. Come back with the husband. I had no such issue at Scholet, where I had told the salesperson the same thing. Believe me, I will not return to Metro Mattress.

We needed a new mattress / boxspring for our daughters new apartment and needed a local company to provide it. Tried others in the area - and had little luck. We took a chance on your company (found via the internet) and we were extremely surprised and happy with the excellent response and service!

I bought a Sealy Posturpedic hybrid bed, which was a big change from an innerspring mattress. I LOVE it! Soft, but not too soft. Good back support. Easy on pressure points. Staff were kind, polite and did a good job of assisting me with my purchase. I paid about $100 above the lowest price I found online, with free delivery and removal of old bedding, plus my choice of $200 worth of free gifts. I chose the sheet set and mattress protector, both quality items.
