Ive been in this location twice and received terrible service both times. Since the sales rep did not introduce herself or offer her name, I will refer to her as Raccoon Eyes for this review as her very dark and heavy eye makeup choice resembles the mask of a raccoon. Ms. Raccoon eyes was rude the first visit telling me that I have to go online and contact customer service because she could not help me with an issue that was easily remedied by another sales rep at a nearby cellular provider location. The next time I was in the store with questions I did not understand her explanation and rather than exerciseany sort of understanding or customer service expertise she actually became very condescending and was quite abrasive and argumentative and it was very upsetting to be treated that way when I have been a long time loyal customer. Today I was told by a friend of mine of her similar experience with this same sales rep and so I felt it necessary to write a review in hope that someone from Crickets administrative team will look into this employee and remedy the situation with training in the areas of customer service and sales etiquette. If Ms. Raccoon eyes was employed at my establishment she would immediately be suspended from dealing with the customers both existing and potential and given the appropriate training in order to give my customers the best possible care and experience. Needless to say both my friend and I are going to visit a new carrier tomorrow to explore our options. Respectability and excellence in customer service means much more to me than data and GBs and I will gladly take my business to the first provider that is able to set their ego aside and effortlessly tend to customer needs.

These employees must have commission based employment contracts or incentives because the entire schtick in this store is aggressive sales and its more about the sale than your needs. I was given information by the female employee there on 10/15/21 that I have since confirmed to be completely untrue and now I know was again misinformation in order to secure a sale. They used to have the best cell package in the area, but I discovered last night thats no longer true. Ive refered dozens of people to them and theres no incentive for me, perhaps the focus needs to be redirected.

The experience at cricket has been awesome. Carmine was so helpful and very attentive. The process was very quick and painless. I would highly recommend cricket in oneonta and ask for carmine! From the phone call this morning to the visit this afternoon I cannot say anything better. Great providers!

I had a great experience with Carmine at the Oneonta NY store. He was friendly and very patient. Very good service. One of the reasons why I come here.

I have been with them for almost two months now. They gave me great service when I purchased my phone. As young as they are,they knew what they were talking about. Just a couple of weeks ago something was happening with my phone. Literally there was someone on the other end. They could see and hear me. I went rushing to the store. I told the young lady what was going on and at this point I was bugging out a bit. She had the problem taken care of in five minutes. Apperently I keep playing around with the phone settings and turned on the hard of hearing and seeing mode. The point to that embarrassing story is I wasnt treated like I was an idiot and she new exactly what had happened.

Carmine provided a wonderful experience and was able to get 4 lines set up faster than the flash (DC Comics) and save us money. We will be forever customers with this experience.

I had some problems with my voicemail.. Being old and really not great at problem solving.. This young lady.. Took the time to help me out..she knew her job very well..and truly cared the phone was up to speed... I would give her 6 stars if I could..

Slow store always has computer problems. I could deal with that until today. When they make a mistkae the store cannot be botheerd ton fix the issue when called has you call 800 number who says the store has to fix the issue. Mind you the issue is because I added a line and because my bill was already paid on the 1st it showed a blance of 27.00 due and they just disconnected my service. On top of that I added a line and they double charged me for the iphone so instead of 700.00 Ive been charged 1400.00 and no one can seem to help. Call my bank and dispute the charge Im told. And they cant restore service till I pay 24.00 . Im not going to be a cricket customer much longer!!!!

80 dollar activation, wasn’t told about it til it was rang up and popped up, very pushy, man had a attitude, not honest at all... Terrible customer service overall, guess back to at&t where they at least tell you how much it is your paying

The most inept employee AND manager Ive had the displeasure of doing business with. Ended up wasting just shy of $1000. NEVER EVER AGAIN! 100% NEGATIVE! STAY AWAY!

Helpful, and the phone plan isnt bad at all. However, my fathers phone randomly shut down and wouldnt turn back on and we asked for a different phone because he literally had it for a month. A month of hardly using it at all, other than a few phone calls and checking his sports stuff, and it the battery just dies? And you cant replace it? I have to pay 80$ for a new phone even though its your fault? Lmao
