This place was ridiculous didn’t have any flavors available and the employee was rude. It was not worth my money or time won’t go again

I went here to get some frozen yogurt with my friends for the first time. The employee working was rude at the door and upon my immediate exit was then rude to my 3 friends who stayed inside. I can’t vouch for the restaurant chain as a whole but what I can say is that me and my friends will never be back to the sweet frogs frozen yogurt in Oneonta. I would personally recommend going elsewhere.

I was so surprised at how cheap it was!! Usually fro-yo is so expensive but this was actually really cheap. I got a bowl half filled with fro-yo and FULL of toppings and it was only about $6 I think. I was really expecting. It to be more. The staff here is SO friendly. I went with a big group about 5 minutes before they closed but they were SO accommodating!

Very good frozen yogurt with lots of flavors. A million toppings. Very expensive. Three jam-packed small sundaes was over $20.

Delicious fro-yo and a great please to go to with friends and family. They are running a bit low on staff but the quality of the place is pretty great.

Me and my stepfather were getting frozen yogurt, then as we were checking out, one of the employees came up to us and started talking about how there was a magic spoon heres the thing, I was a teenager at the time this happened, this guy was probably stoned on acid, he was very terrifying and I was scared for my life. Me and my stepfather decided to never go to SweetFrog again because of this horrific experience. That person was completely insane. Im only rating the place 1 star because of the frozen yogurt being good. If the employer of SweetFrog is reading this, you should fire that man immediately because of this horrific experience.

Stale candy. We told the guy behind the counter that one of the candies was hard and Stale. He said they where frozen. Weve been going to Sweet Frogs getting the same thing. Never had this happen. Got a its not me, its you response. Disappointing.

The topping selection is awesome. My only complaint is that they dont have fruit water anymore. It has been replaced with Dole whip, which is okay, but not as good as the fruit water, in my opinion.

Strange vibe here. But its the only froyo place in Oneonta.

The candy is NOT stale. Im 9 years old and my mom said it gets so cold and freezes on top of your desert! I dont get gummy bears anymore.Try eating the candy before putting it in your bowl.

Lots of options, we have food allergies and found lots to choose from - raspberry pomegranate was the bomb. Nice and clean store
