I had checked out the Undercover Eggplants menu online before choosing to meet with my parents there and for the most part I was very pleased. The food was excellent and the portions were very generous. The descriptions were fairly accurate, although perhaps a little understated for the pizzas (I would say closer to 14 instead of 12). The salads are very fresh. Overall a very nice experience.

Went to Undercover Eggplant today for the first time. It was delicious but the servings were huge. I had the Seafood soup and 1/2 sandwich but I could have gotten 2 meals out of both the soup and the sandwich. It was very good. My friends each had a Cuban sandwich which was huge also.

This is a review for Undercover Eggplant. I dont know why its under their liquor store. Best sandwiches in Oneonta, hands down. Im stuck on the Locksmith - eggplant, ham, cheese, tomato, lettuce (I have them hold the onion). The sandwiches are huge and the salads are even bigger - either is a two meal purchase for me.The staff is very friendly, always smiling and helpful. Sometimes they get a bit ruffled, but when there are 10 people walking in the door at once, thats bound to happen.Specifically, the vegetarian options cannot be beat. The prices are very good for the large portions and the drinks selection is more than reasonable.
