Thank you for sending 3 terrific guys to my parents house. It was a pleasure to meet Keith, Tommy and Billy. They were friendly, courteous, thorough, hard-working, knowledgeable and very careful with all my parents belongings. I have no doubt all their things are being well taken care of.I would definitely recommend Schumans to anyone thinking about using a moving company.

Attempted to use this company to move my mother from Louisiana to Virginia. I was assured by Eric Schuman multiple times that this was no problem, he could handle it. He couldnt. Not only was he unable to arrange the move, he stalled and delayed to a point where I couldnt get it done by anyone else. I ended up moving my mother myself with a U-haul and the help of family members in the area, the youngest of which was in their mid-70s. I was sent to Schuman B-line by North American Van Lines. I will never have anything to do with either company again.

Tommy and Justin moved us from Sidney Center to Nineveh. Very nice men who worked together beautifully. If I had a moving company, they would no longer be working for Schuman - theyd be working for me.

I am disappointed with the company. My daughter paid an upfront fee to have her items picked up and stored for $260.00. Upon returning this semester she was charged an additional $100.00 drop off fee. After I called and complained about the inflated $100.00 delivery fee and non delivery of storage items to the Dorm room, Erick hung up on me.Upon drop off of my daughter items the microwave glass door was shattered into pieces. I emailed Pam whom apologized and blamed my daughter for poor packaging upon initial pick up and said the company isn’t responsible for the damage. Horrible customer service and inflated fees for College students!!!

Excellent service, Keith and Tommy worked very hard and efficiently in tough conditions to make our move smooth and stress free. They were very professional and everything arrived safe and intact.

Eric and his team did a great job and were very helpful with all of our storage and moving needs!

We just moved from out of state, and called Schuman to help us unload. The team who helped us was amazing. So fast, efficient, and friendly. They did a great job of playing tetris with our boxes to make the most of our available space. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them when I move again. Thanks, Schuman!

Moved in December 2018. Very positve result. Movers were very nice and courteous. On time and took care or my belongings like they were their own. Was affordable. Made the day as stress free as possible. Would use again for any of my moving needs!

Very helpful and friendly service. A little on the expensive side but I think its worth it. Very thorough paperwork. I feel like my things will be safe at this storage facility.

Outstanding customer service! Schuman handled our move from NC to Oneonta and everything was perfect. The cost was reasonable, and every aspect of the move was flawless. If I ever need to move again I will definitely use Shuman.

Schuman moved our furniture, including at least one very heavy piece, from Harpersfield to Westport, N.Y. on Lake Champlain last October.The job took two trucks and four men. They not only did an excellent job but were so accomodating and such a pleasure to talk with that we had them share our first lunch in the new house with us after they had moved the last piece into it.
