The technician, Morgan, was professional, clean, and well mannered. He took pictures and walked us step by step through the process and what he would recommend. He was willing to reach out to his manager, Marcus, to get us a military discount! All the work was completed within a few days which is great as our house is 3k square feet. From start to finish, Michelle, Marcus and Arturo were great. My home did not have any ducts so it was a full central heating and air installation with a mini split installation in the master bedroom, due to no attic space. Marcus and his team were able to explain why certain had to be modified during the installation.Although there was an issue with the mini split making to much noise when it drained the water, after bringing it to Marcus attention, they were able provide a solution for which I am very thankful. The mini split no longer makes the loud noise and the unit is very quiet now.Definitely recommend there services, they follow up with the me from beginning to end and do not avoid you when you have questions or concerns.

Specialized had to troubleshoot my AC / heat for inconsistent operation. I had my home HVAC system replaced recently, this company provided excellent service, Josh was very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. When the crew did the work, he was always there to provide support. There was a missing item, his manager Lorenzo hand carried the item in person within a matter of an hour. The installation went well and passed the HERS test. The new system works well. This is the first time I used the company but I have very good experience with them and highly recommend them.

I was having major issues with my HVAC system and needed an evaluation.After sending a technician I was promised an invoice. An entire week has passed and still no invoice.Dont waste your time and money. I would highly recommend working with a contractor that keeps their promises.

We had a problem with our AC and Specialize was available right away to send out a technician on a Saturday morning! The lovely operator was very accommodating and sent us our new friend Marcus. Marcus was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell or push us into something we didn’t need quite yet. He immediately went to work diagnosing the problem and discussed solutions with us in a practical, down to Earth way. I loved his positive attitude and friendly demeanor even while my crazy one year old was screaming around the house. Josh is an experienced HVAC technician that repaired a problem on a central heating unit in at two story condo. Despite the complexity of the problems he was able to troubleshoot this unit accurately and in a record time. On an all in a span of less than an hour he left the unit running installing a programmable thermostat and new filters. His company was able to process payment on the spot without any hazle. I would recommend Jash and his company highly.
