Rafael is a true professional. Most shops gouge all they can and take their sweet a$$ time. Not this shop, Within less than 24 hours, he came, picked up my wrecked car to assess the damages at his shop. The next day he had already contacted my insurance who approved it on the spot. We worked out a side deal for some extras and now I feel obliged to refer people to his shop. This is true customer service and its a gem

There are so many body shops in the Ontario area, but there are only very few shops that meets my expectation, Best Collision is one of them.My car was in another body shop for more than 6 months, the car was never finished. I then brought my car to Rafael@Best Collision. From the first day, Rafael was able to tell what was not done correctly at the other shop. Rafael repaired the car in a timely manner. When he finished something, he will share some photos with me to update the progress. He took his time sanding the body panels to make sure the paint job comes out beautifully. He paid attention to each details to make sure Im satisfied. I was very pleased Rafael aligned each body panels properly, he made sure the gaps were all equal. As promised he not only did a good job but went the extra mile and did a few things we did not know needed to be done and made it better than expected. We decided to let him polish and mend a few things on second car too. I highly reccomend Raphel at the Ontario location
