Recently had wiper blades changed while having the oil changed. They were missing a portion of the windshield even took the car back to have them check the wipers. Come to find out the wipers were missing the piece that keeps them connected to the arm. They completely fell off when I lifted them to clean the windshield

I get my oil changed here frequently and the boys always treat me right. They wont try to push superflous things your car doesnt need just to boost sales. The people were really cool but I ended up paying more than I ever have and they left a part of my car on my dash. Car was acting really weird after taking it to Les swabs for now on.

I waited at this location for over 20 minutes no one came out to greet me so I drove to the one in Fruitland and was happily greeted within five minutes I will not use this location again

They were friendly they explained everything to me so i could make a good decision and they were quick with taking care of everything

They asked me questions about my car and any problems I may have noticed. The service team was informative. They answered all my questions, and it was a much appreciated experience.

These guys are awesome! I just went back in about a month after getting my oil changed to see if they can check my antifreeze mixture. They did that, checked everything else, topped off what needed it and all that as a courtesy. I highly recommend them!

Due to COVID we had to wait in our cars for quite awhile but once we pulled in it was really quick. Staff knows their stuff and helped me with resetting my oil life warning. Price was right!!!

There is a couple employees who walk around acting like they have no idea what they are doing. (The new guy needs training he clearly was lost). When we pulled in waiting the employee was on his cell phone not paying attention nor helping us and had another employee minutes later tell him “guest on” and the guy still stayed on his phone. Only 3 stars because we were in and out fast.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from the staff and owners of the Ontario store. I have a 20 year old Toyota with over 200K miles on it. While changing the air filter, the mechanic hit the connection hose to the radiator and the connection nozzle broke off of the radiator. This required a new radiator. They not only replaced the radiator free of charge and upgraded my oil change, but transported me to Boise to retrieve my daughter from the airport and paid and ordered 3 different radiators to get the correct parts and in a timely manner. Josh actually gave up time with his family on a Sunday to make sure everything was taken care of correctly. Thank you to Josh, Adam, Scott and the rest of the crew!! Well Done...I will be back to actually pay for an oil change in the future.Andrea Ferreira

It was ok they did the job. It felt like they where not moving at an addict speed i was trying to find out if I could use a coupon and Tucker was giving me the go around telling me his computer was down saying he tries that at wallMart tell them to give him something at a different price all I wanted was to no if I could use my coupon or not then finally he gave me a price and then I told him the price after my coupon he said yes that would be the price then he told me I could take home to Jack in the box and buy him lunch he had an additude that was not nice. The other guys I delt with where fine. So eventually they will get it done.

The staff was friendly and quick. I was disappointed that they couldnt vacuum the floors though.

Love this place! I have tried going other places for my oil changes... But these guys are always nice and quick. I recommend them to everyone

This this place was great. They did great work, and they didnt try to sell me on everything. They showed me the air filter was dirty, and when I told them I could replace it myself, they cheerfully said it was no problem. I figured that the price they quoted to replace(19.99) was probably more than I would pay across the street at the auto parts store. Nope, it was exactly the same, so it wouldve been basically put on for free.

Quick service. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I would use again.

Went in today with my VW Rialta to see about a fuel filter . While they did not have on in stock they were willing to use one that I already had . Hose clamps had lost there holding power and one of their guys drove down to local parts store for them and replaced the at no extra charge . Impressed me . I will be back there With our other vehicles in the future .

They were slow as hell and he didn’t take my coupon just pretended to and charged me full price. Won’t go back again!

Will never take my car there again $117 to change the oil and one air filter for my wife I think they walked on her she didnt know what she was doing and they took advantage of it Ill never go back to any jiffy lube anywhere I dont know how a 4-cylinder car cost $69 for oil change

These guys are always friendly, fast, and take good care of my truck. Highly recommend! The shop in Fruitland is the total opposite however.. Extremely lousy customer service, and would not recommend, or ever go there again.

Service was great. Got me in and out in 30 minutes or so. Had a coupon and they were more than happy to give me the 10 dollars off.

Went today after the snow storm, the entire lot wasnt plowed or even attempted to be safe for customers. My tire sensor light was on and they Just set all the tires right and said ride on it a little and maybe the light will go away. I felt under helped. Oh well, hopefully we will be back in pdx with the helpful folks soon.

I was greeted with a smile as I pulled up. They offered me their services with no pressure. Showed me my torn wiper blade which I had replaced. Got my vehicle serviced and back on the road quickly.

I travel a lot. So when I stopped into a town this is the first place I look for to get an oil change for my car. They keep track buy oil changes electronically and any other services they have provided to my vehicle.

They were not very Interested in doing there job, paid for full service and they didnt fill up my washer fluid even after asking if they did, they said yes but it was empty. I wont be back made me worry about the rest of the things there suppose to do.

Lying untrustworthy customer serves. Took advantage of a woman. Replaced my serpentine belt when it did not need to be replaced, did not change my air filter, claimed the bolts were striped. Failed to connect air hose that goes to the airfilter. I am done with them!

I havent seen a single thing there to criticize or complain about. But I didnt appreciate the manager ridiculing me about having Walmart in Nampa change my oil previously when it was about my only option at the time I was free to have my car serviced.
