The windshield of our Chevrolet Silverado sustained a small chip/crack. It was understandably important to me to immediately repair it to avoid further cracking, (as I have mistakenly done before). We were very impressed with KD Auto Glass’ same-day service today at our home, on very short notice. Furthermore, their total repair cost was 1/2 of what we were quoted on-line by their major competitor.

I tried making an appt with other shops and i had trouble just getting a hold of them much less actually getting an appt scheduled. Got KD auto on the first attempt and the 1st ring. Had an appt scheduled asap. the call took less than 60 seconds from start to finish. Appts were available the next day but my schedule was not open that day, instead we scheduled the appt 2 days later and the best part they came to my house to handle the repairs. Easy process in submitting the claim, coordinating with my insurance company and of course excellent prices as well. Showed up at designated time, worked promptly and job was done in under an hour. Overall, 5 stars for Jorge and Alfred. Saving their number for future work. Finally, the biggest compliment i can give them is i would feel secure in sending my friends and family to them and i am confident that KD auto glass will provide them the same quality customer care that i received.

I’m absolutely blown away. They gave us an 8-10 arrival time and arrived exactly at 8. Jorge did an amazing job! He even vacuumed the glass out my of car from my shattered windshield. Excellent service! Very quick as well, they came in less than 24 hrs and replaced my passenger window in about 30 mins or less. Jorge was very quick, efficient, and friendly. He also offered to spray with Lysol when he was done, which is very considerate and thorough given the current pandemic. I called and quickly got an appt scheduled to fix the chip in my windshield. Someone then cancelled their appt and they called to see if I wanted it done right away. The technician was prompt, courteous, and got the job done quickly. You cannot tell there was a chip there. The price was also very reasonable.
