We went here to get a replacement mirror. We took the frame with us and the clerk behind the counter measured it and also took the frame with him to cut mirror. It only took about 10 minutes and we were leaving. He was very personable and helpful. We have always had a good experience at this shop.

This company refused to give rope to hold window down, the lady at the front was very rude and other employees gave attitude.

Don’t ever go to this place if you need to replace any frame, they only have glass

We ordered a new window to be installed got the quote and approved it to be done. We then get a call saying its ready for pick up and the quote didnt include installation services when I asked for it to be installed. I get there to pick up the special ordered window, and the gentleman behind the desk didnt seem to know about customer service. I asked how much it would cost to have it installed and I quoted me the same price as my special order and informed itd be next week at the earliest. He was rude seemed short tempered and didnt want to be there. Well never use them again for anything. Id rather pay a higher price from somewhere else
