I have been bringing my car to Central Firestone for about 8 months and the work done on my car has been excellent. The owner and his team are professional, courteous and honest. What impressed me is the customer service before and after the work has been completed. It is nice to feel like your business is appreciated. I highly recommend Central Firestone for all your maintenance and repair work. Great service at a fair price.

What a scammer!!! I had a Groupon and the guy behind the counter was trying to charge me $64.99 extra because he said my car required a specialty oil filter and synthetic oil. I’ve had my car many years and never once been told if you won’t pay for premium service u can take your car elsewhere. He said they don’t listen to the customers, only go by what his “fake page” on his computer states. I called the dealer and looked it up. For my year and vehicle, none of the requirements he stated were needed. What a waste of time. Buying the Groupon is a ploy to get you in there and then they lie about the extra costs. Beware!! If they are comfortable straight out lying to a paying customer, definitely cannot be trusted to perform proper work on the vehicle

I really enjoy the service I receive from Stephen the owner and one of there mechanics Edwin.. I have never came across any problems with them. Edwin shows me the problems before and after. I bought a 93 Ford and he has it running like a kitten. I feel he is fair in pricing and showed me where I would save if I solve one problem now. Im all about saving a buck or two. Keep up the excellent work guys.

Dont trust this place. Quoted us one price then doubled it when we went to pick it up . Threatened to not release our car if we didnt pay the higher amount. RUDE!!!! Would never recommend even to my enemies...spoke rude to us, horrible customer service...if you want a safe, reliable mechanic, Dont Go Here....

Where are the negative stars when you need them? This guy is unbelievably dishonest, narcissistic, and employs deplorable and illegal business tactics.Its not only apparent that these reviews are fake, its obvious that his true colors have never been brought to light. Charging customers for unauthorized work is not only illegal, but very shady and not compliant with CA state laws. Additionally, threatening customers with actions that are not only illegal and very risky, this guys has put everything down on black.Well guess what, when the state BAR visits him and ask him why he employs illegal tactics to acquire payments for unauthorized work; maybe people will realize the truth. Or maybe they will just shut him down. This guy is a crook, a liar, and a thief; and lacks any and all values of an honest and trustworthy business owner.

If you want to waste your time this is the right place, bad service don’t come here ever!
