I would highly recommend Comtires! I dont usually write reviews but I had to share about the excellent work and amazing service from Comtires. They exceeded my expectations. Edgar and Johnny were honest, knowledgeable and patient as they answered all my questions. I also want to thank the mechanic that worked on my truck. Im extremely happy with the 8 inch suspension lift they completed on my Toyota Tundra.

Has not been a good experience. We were charged $800 to get our ac fixed. They called us told us it was working to coming pick it up. We picked it we live 2 streets away it never got cold. Notified you guys it didn’t work and you said that’s not your fault. We were upset and took it back the next day. And got charged $150 just for you guys to put rubber on the wires. We left it worked. The next day while driving we heard a weird noise popped the hood to a broken belt on the compressor and now no ac again. So we tried to go get it fixed but you guys are closed sat and Sunday. So we had to cancel our vacation due to no ac and it being too hot to drive far with no ac!

Very professional and reliable my father it’s been coming here for the past 7 years and he recommended them when my car needed brakes and tires. I loved that it’s an affordable one stop shop! They even gave me an Uber courtesy ride home. Edgar is the best!

Nothing came out as expected. Had bumpers trimmed to give tire clearance and one side was done nicely while the other was rushed and trimmed horribly. Luckily Louis/Luis offered to somewhat remedy the situation, which I appreciated. I should have just done it myself and not trusted this place. I had two other services done, one was reprogramming the tpms readings. If I’m paying to have this done why aren’t all readings same? Two tires read 41psi another 43 and the other 49… I just don’t get it, there just seems to be a lack of pride in the work being performed. Lastly and worse, I had alignment done and immediately after I drove off my truck started veering left. Now I have to make time to go back and get this right. Just a horrible experience overall and not to mention my spending of close to one thousand dollars in this shop! At this point I’m only going back to fix what I already paid for but would not refer anyone to Comtires.

My experience at comtires went great. They are professional. Johnny explained everything that had to be done on my car. Good customer service. Best part i was able to apply for credit and was qualify to fix my car. Since I lived nearby there was also a gentleman woker offer, pick -up Me and my toddler daughter up, we didnt have walk in the hot weather very generous and sweet. Thank you. I have been going to ComTire for about 3 years now. Edgar is about as honest as it gets. Just today I took my car in to have him look it over because I felt it didn’t sound right this one time I was on a road trip and he and 2 of his workers took it for a drive and all 3 found nothing after inspecting it. No charge. I will continue to bring my cars to him and send him referrals.

If you want to lose your money but most importantly your time then here’s the place to goI brought in my 2017 Ford F-350 Dually and left it for about two hours. It was a waste of my time it’s worst now. It pulls to one side more than before I brought it to this place. Called back and told them about it they blamed it on my tires and told me to get new tires from them and insisted on ordering them before 11am so I could get them in two days but my tires are practically new with lots of thread on them. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from this place .

2004 GMC Envoy was over heating. Comtires conducted diagnostic pressure check. Located Crack in radiator cap! Flushed system & changed coolant. SUV running cooler, no other issues since repair 2 weeks. Good job

Comtires did a lot of work on my car. Fixed my AC, my rear beaker and drums, put in a new radiation and replaced my rear shocks. I went into the hospital miss up my lag . Missed my first appointment got another fast when I got out they are great got my business for more work later. Prices are on target. Can’t ask for better people. Lynn Cutler

Did not like that they told me that with the tire they were selling me I would not have to do any cutting because that wasn’t the tire I wanted it. so I thought I wouldn’t have to do any cutting with the tires they recommended me ended up having to cut portions of side fender and inner fender well off with tire that they recommend it.when With the tire that I wanted from the beginning which was 33 x 12 1/2 20 very disappointed because I still have to go and buy new tires that I want anyway so it was a waste of money and time

I got new tires for my truck through them. Christian got me an estimate online, then arranged to pick up my truck so I didn’t have to miss work. They found an issue with my tie rod and helped me navigate that as well. Not to mention, my estimate was accurate. I will be returning and recommending them to everyone I know.

Comtires is such a great place to take your vehicle wherever you need tires brakes, oil change, and the people will really go out of there way for you, I take my three vehicles to them and they always fix the problem, I have been with them for a few years now and I would not trust my vehicles with any one else.

Had to get two flat tires replaced. They were able to get me in an hour before close and have everything done same day. Robert was incredibly helpful and made sure I got the best service possible. Ended up getting two new tires and a patch on one. But Robert showed me exactly what was going on. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, which is always a plus when going into any auto repair facility. I will definitely be getting my work done here from now on. This place is just amazing, I was referred by a friend who got his truck lifted here, I’m in love with my new set up, not only does the truck looks amazing and unique, but the drive is so comfortable I can go 80 on the freeway and no problems, no vibration no pull, this Bullet Proof Suspension Kit blows every other kit I had used on my other trucks. The quality of the ride is absolutely great for a 12 inch lifted truck, also their customer service is always great even that to get the kit took 2 months they always explained and communicated the process and the lead times, it was worth the wait, Highly recommended for any suspension work, any mechanic work, or auto repair, every time I stopped by to check out the built these guys were always busy, I’m glad I found I place I can trust and take care of my truck.

Came in to Comtires for my 90k mile schedule maintenance and these guys don’t stop from surprise me, since I know them from the time they just started the business 6 years ago, now they offer BG products as far as maintenance which is a great product that even includes a protection plan, and since they were going to keep the car all day they offer me a loaner car at no charge, but since I only live few blocks away and was in my day off I just took the shuttle from them. I’m really amazed how this auto repair shop has grown since I met them the first time. Highly recommended mechanic shop in Ontario.

This place is AWESOME! I came in to get new break rotors and brake pads. They inspected my car and found a mistake that another tire company made. They found that one of my tires was completely shredded and needed to be replaced. However, I had just got all 4 new tires back in May and there was no way I could of worn out the tire in less than a year. The other company ripped me off and ComTires helped me with finding this mistake! Thank you so much for your help and I will definitely be back again as I now ONLY trust them with my car now!

Excellent service! The guys at the front desk are really helpful and will make sure you are taken care of! Nice lobby area where I didnt mind waiting for my car to be serviced, they even offered me a ride home since they found out that my brakes also needed to be replaced! Went into ComTire today for my check engine light being on and I was assisted by Robert the service manager. Robert definitely loves what he does as he took complete care of my situation and ensured I understood everything that was going on. His level of customer service is impeccable. Great customer service, got my truck from Geneva Motors, and these guys lifted up for me, it just look so great, I can tell these guys are really good, the three times I came to visit I can barely find a parking spot, they were super busy, even though they were able to accommodate the schedule to get my truck done, besides lift kits they also do automotive repair, I guess that is why, but yes great customer service, amazing experience and I’m super happy with my truck, the only recommendation is to make an appointment if you come here, they do accept walk ins, but there times they’re just super busy.Thumbs Up Comtires, I’ll be back to get my brakes serviced.

Came in early and gave them custom alignment specs that they have done before, and left so they could do it. Came back to a completely different alignment and they told me they won’t fix it, and to leave. Also broke my seat rails on my car and wouldn’t replace them. Had to get one of the employees to give me his because they refused to fixEdit; Reply to owner comment. I have came to you guys before and you did my alignment fine. It’s not a demanding one, only -1.5 camber max. Everything else is basically zeroed out or standard (caster). I wasn’t treated with respect and will not be returning.

Everything was good but the only thing that got to me a lot. They ruined my chrome lip on one of my rims, the edge of one side of my lip is gone.... now a patch to my tire is gonna cost me more since now i have to fix my lip!

They couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car. They gave me the runaround and pretty much told me whatever problems I had were my fault. So per their suggestion, I bought new tires from them, and because I needed them anyway. I asked if the new tires helped, and they said they looked at it and test drove it and left it at that. So I drove off and the problem is still there. Pretty much they had no problem putting brand new tires on my messed up suspension and letting me drive off. Wont be going back.Edit: I found my problem. It was one loose bolt holding my lower control arm in place. They said I needed a new axle, which is fine, and motor mounts. They wouldve charged me for those and probably not even tightened the bolt. Actually, I doubt they even took my tire off to look. Typical mechanic crooks. Be careful out thers everyone.

Did complete break job about 6 months ago. Cost about $900.00 came back because there were making noise the guy in the front told me that it was my fault. And its going to cost me about $850.00 to fix it.BIG RIPOFF. Cost me$350 at another place 🤬🤬💣💣💥💥

Perfect example, when i got a tire replaced and bought a new one they accidently forgot to out back the cap om my chevy alloy wheels, i called ans they said come in and ordered me a brand new one onlime and called me when it came in.
