Ive been coming here for years whenever we need customized canopies. Quality is much better and thicker than the EZ-ups and Caravans of the canopy world. Lots of color options as well.

Great customization options

One of my favorite to canopy shops! I have ordered many banner frames and food mesh screen walls here. Although it is a bit pricey, I dont mind paying a little bit extra for quality. If you canopy breaks down you can always buy spare parts from them and repair it on your own.

Great place for popups

Wonderful place to get a colorful, well built tent from. If you take care of it than it will last a long time. I know several people who have bought from cal palms and they have nothing but good things to say about the company and people who work here.

There 5x10 tents are a pain in the butt to put up. Almost impossible without help. And theyre soooooooooooo expensive considering what a pain they are..

I spent close to $1300 here I am not at all happy with the product be careful shopping here. Things will break down a couple of days later and they will ingnor you and not help you get what you need done.

I have never had a problem with them, they always had what I needed and if they didnt they would always make sure id get a call to let me know my items have arrived. They even come out and deliver.

Ive had my cali palm 🌴 for about 3 years and love it. I especially love when I go to public events and my cali palm 🌴 10 x 10 looks amazing compared to the other ez up brands. You pay for what you get.

They dont back up their products and ignore customers. My 10 month old $400 tent fell apart in many places- they made no effort to replace the broken items (without paying for them) or refund my money. Do not purchase items from this company.

Piece of crap, the 5 x10 tent has a design flaw 2 more inches of pipe will fix it, the brake easily and, no warranty whatsoever they will tell you they have replacement parts but you will have to pay for it, dont buy from thi company!
