4th St. Target, Ontario used to be my store but they no longer have items on the shelves. I asked an associate about enchilada sauce and she helpfully went to the back to check only to return to say that there was only the green sauce. Did she bring the green sauce, NO! Its still in the back.

Target is a retail chain offering home goods, clothing, electronics and more, plus exclusive designer collections. This place is close to our house and we come here at least once a week to buy household appliances. We get almost everything from here that fulfills our daily needs. The price of the products seems reasonable most of the time. The employees are friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. This place is always neat and clean.

I bought this yogurt yesterday on august 24th it been chilling on the shelf for a whole month and I was dumb enough to not read the label and threw into my smoothie and I started throwing up and and miss work… I called target and all they said is they where going to report this issue I feel like I should be compensated what do you guys think?

Nice place to shopping and find great deals. You can walk around and enjoy your visit. Starbucks and Pizza hut are available if you would like to have a bite while you are shopping. Overall clean look and modern style store.

Target offers a wide variety of merchandise from clothing to electronics to groceries. They have some good pre-made salads in the produce. The personal care area offers a good selection. If youre in a hurry and want to combine quick groceries and sundry pickup, this is the place.

The ease and safety of drive up is very important, especially now. The convenience and staff courtesy are excellent. I have been doing the drive up method since December 2020 and will continue to do this for the foreseeable future. It is easy to order everything I need on-line and I dont need to get out of my car to purchase my items.

It’s a nice target but I had to walk to the other side of the store (up & down aisles) before I found a worker to help me there were only like 3 workers available in the whole store (aside from cashiers) on a Saturday before a major holiday... once I found help to get an item he told me they didn’t have it in stock even though it says in stock on the app. So I’m assuming their store does not update their stock/inventory often

Met the most amazing employee. This young man was just naturally gifted ! Jose helped us, made us comfortable and welcomed all while being very efficient and knowledgeable. He definitely has bright future! I was truly impressed by his effortless demeanor and candor all while focusing on our experience. He has character that is almost non existent in todays world. Very professional, courtiest, and attentive. I felt like I was on undercover boss...He has skills and abilities in customer service Ive never seen before... truly unmatched!

A friendly retailer for fresh stocks any day of the year. The experience on thing that can be remembered always and make one shop here very often.

The cashier was rude and unprofessional. He didnt greet me and was mad that I had a large order and he had to bag all the items per my request. I spent over $800 and for the employee to be rude and provide service like that is ridiculous.

Was turned away from the service desk, I wanted to do a return using my app and was told that I needed a physical receipt. Sad !!!!

I wish I could put no stars everytime I walk into the location I get followed around either by a manager or security very uncomfortable. I always make big a purchase and they always watch an follow me untill I get out of the store I will no longer shop at this location this is the only target Ive been to who treated me like this. They need to stop with the racial profiling an treat everyone as equal untill they prove different.

The Ontario store tends to be a little disorganized sometimes. And Ive heard MULTIPLE times I cant help, Im on break (then runs away) from employees when asked a simple question. Its not hard to say oh, its in that aisle. Or I would check in that direction or sorry, Im on break but I know someone who would be willing to help you. I get it. Ive worked retail too. Breaks are precious time but better costumer service is in order. Just rephrase and you sound much less rude and it takes just as long to say it.Otherwise, Target is great. I can usually find what I need at a decent price. And I love drive up and pick up. Really helpful when you have babies.

My order was ready quickly.The staff here get double stars for getting my order together and letting me get in and get out quickly, even though this store is very busy, and there must be a lot of people who are asking to shop online and pick up in store in the middle of this crazy lock-down.

Nice clean store

Theres lots of parking.. I did not like is that they force you to only travel in ane Direction when youre first coming in but then you can go everywhere else. in my case I need to go in the opposite direction so I had to walk through the whole store before getting to the produce. other than that it was a good experience.

When I go to Target on 4th st. In Ontario, I see the associates doing good on stalking everything nicely and also cleaning to have their store nice and clean. While Im looking around in the store they do good service asking me if theres anything that they can help me with. And when I ask them where something is at, they help me nicely by going to the area where everything that I need is at. And than they tell me that if I need help again just let them know and they will help me again with anything I need help with. So I will definitely recommend this target store to anyone for all the good service that they always do when Im there and target is one of my favorite stores.

Usually have a great experience coming here, not today. Denise at customer service was a bit snappy when asked if there was 2 lanes for exchanges and pick up orders... could of been a bit more courteous. There was signs for 2 lines. I wasnt rude I asked nicely.

Parking was easy and it was easy shopping. I found almost everything I needed and I was out of the store with time to spare! Our cashier was Donna and she was a breath of fresh air. Its nice to have someone who can walk and chew gum; someone who knows how to communicate and treat the customer right.

This location is providing phenomenal safety precautions during this COVID-19 pandemic

This Target is always so organized. Everything is easy to find. They have a pretty large selection. This is nicer than some of the other Targets in the area.

I am a team member. Most everyone I work with and engage with are at their best while on the sales floor. The problem comes in when I hear some of the things being said when they think no one can hear them. Even upper managment has a bad habit of making fun of or out right talking behind employees backs. It is sad to know how other members of the work place would feel if they heard half of what is talked about.

I havent been to this location in several years, I was pleasantly surprised by the remodel. I really liked the update. The 2 associates that helped me were nice and very helpful. There were 2 issues that I noticed, the ladies room and some areas of the store needed straightening. When the store was remodeled they obviously didnt remodel the restroom, Target as a whole needs to do better on the cleanliness and functionality of their restrooms.

The store was not set up for my convience. It was nearly impossible to find a worker to ask questions for directions to where I needed to go. The worker who I did finally find; almost looked like a shopper. There was not much distinction between knowing who was working by uniform and who wasnt.

THIS STORE HAS MANY MANY MANY CASES OF THEIR EMPLOYEES HAVING COVID AND NOT SHUTTING THE COMPANY DOWN. BE AWARE

I was looking for a certain candy for my kids and a associate dest.helped me look for them unfortunately it was out of stock but she was still very sweet, kind and helpful!

Products and cleanliness of store

Target never runs out of the products I use. And we just happen to have two stores that are close to our residence. So in the event 1 happens to run out of what we need (which is a rarity), we can always count on the other to have it.

The store is always clean, well organized always making it easy to find what I need and the customer service today was top notch.

Ordered online but when I went to guest service I was informed my items were not there. Minutes later I called to question when my items would arrive and was informed they were waiting for me. Wouldn’t have minded as much if customer service would have admitted it was their mistake for informing me it was at another store without bothering to actually check.

I waited outside of the family restroom with my 2 children for 10min. I assumed I was patiently waiting for another mom, but it turns out the restroom was simply locked with the lights out for no reason, and they failed to place a sign. Also, there are only self check out lanes available on weekdays until 10am. This store used to be nice, but as the store looks so much nicer with the remodel, the customer service has gone WAY down. Disappointing.

Bad customer service. If you’re going to set limits on qty slowed for purchases you should put a sign not just let ppl know at the register. Cashier was really rude about it

Normally like this target. The lady running self checkout tonight was strangely rude when I asked if she could remove an item I scanned twice by mistake. Everyone here and the store is normally very nice, however this wasn’t the first time this same person has been rude. I guess avoid selfcheckout?

Dont come on a Sunday. I have been here three times and each time on a Sunday and never enough cashiers. Target is making a lot of money why cant they help the community and hire more help.

So I find a merchandise return card from a return I did after Christmas without a receipt but I remember using a portion of it but didnt use the whole thing. I walk in to this target and walk up to a young lady in the customer service register. I told her I had found this gift card, I wasnt specific where I had found it (it was at the bottom of my backpack) and I wanted to know the balance. She scans it and says nothing on it, its trash and she places it on top of the register. I walk away but I know I never keep anything if it doesnt have anything on it so I know there is credit on that card. So I walk back a couple minutes later and ask if she still has the card, she said yes its right here then I ask to speak to a manager. She calls for a manager then tries to say they are unable to check balances on those type of cards, then I ask balances spent or credit left. She stood there with blank look, at that time manager walks up and she explains that how I found the card on the floor, and she scans it and it had a 3.79 balance on it and gives it back to me. Manager walks away as if nothing and she tries to tell me that the card she gave me was another card and I guess my card was thrown on the floor, look its right there. Lol I didnt see anything. Had I said it was my card to begin with, would it had made a difference? Finders keepers?

Lost prevention on steroids.Tracked down staffs to use a magic key to unlock 2 precious nail clippers at $1.97 each. Said she had to hold them at guest service until Im ready to leave. At the end of the trip I went to retrieve those precious metals; I couldnt hold them she had to bring it to the cashier in the line. I asked her to bring it to self checkout she said no... I had to leave without those precious metals because its cyber Monday the lines were long.I checked out and added one bag for $0.10. Would you believe me if I told you the staff had me removed my purse, pulled out the receipt to verify that I wasnt stealing that $0.10 bag!Target, its not that serious. Treat customers like guest or rename guest service theft checkers. No wonder there was so much clutter over there!You paid:1 staff to locate another staff with keys1 staff with keys to store 2 nail clippers 3 staffs to search and rescue $4 worth of product I didnt even buy.Soon youll pay those staff to restock the store because you pay the to prevent sales. Outstanding business plan.

I love how easy returns are even without a receipt when paying with your target card. Everyone is so friendly and helpful whenever I shop there.

I like this target for the simple fact that it has self check out. But then again when you use coupons you need to have someone assist you. Restrooms do need a help, if people would clean after themselves they wouldnt be so nasty.

Very nice staff and easy process

I love this target location, as all the other ones they have a Starbucks inside (that is a bit slow) but the store itself is great. You can always find great deals and a great variety. The store is clean and well organized.

It was easy and super quick. The guy would delivered my items to the car was super helpful and went through each product with me.

I decided to do an order pick up since the Ontario Target store was nearby. Usually I go to the Rancho Cucamonga store. When I went to guest services, came into contact with a Team Member named Bridgett. She was EXTREMELY RUDE. Not only did she mad dog me, but she talked to me as if I were beneath her. I used to work with one of the store managers (Tristan), in which I hope he reads this. I never leave nothing but kind reviews, but I have never been treated so poorly by another human being in my life.

First time placing this kind of order and it was the fastest store pick up I ever did, i placed order at 3:02 and it was ready for pick up at 3:11. got to the store notified them on the app and in about 5mins my order was brought out for me.

The store itself is normally clean and stocked but the food court and starbucks is horrible. They are always out of things. Ive had hair in my kids pretzel bites. Starbucks rarely has someone ready to serve you they are always in the back you have to go around and get someones attention. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS TARGET!

I have always loved shopping at. I love the store set up and all of there products. All of the employees are well trained and very helpful.

I frequent this location on my lunch break from work and its always a convenient and quick trip. I always find just what I need (and them some) and the service is always great!

Very convenient location next door to our apt when we were renting. Usually pretty crowded anytime after 3pm. No phone service unless you use the store WiFi and call another iPhone user.

I like this target store. They are always clean, well lit and organized. You dont encounter clutter in the aisles. Their inside starbucks location is one of the better ones I have been to. All in all, it is a good place to shop

I can find everyday items at a good price. I frequently use the self checkout and I appreciate that the employees overseeing the self checkout are quick and alert to assist me, if needed.

Great store but always amazed at how much trash is sitting in the parking lot. Doesnt anybody that works here notice that? The crows love it though.

Target has improved the cleaniness of this store. They keep the shelves well stocked and have a good variety of items. I usually buy quite a bit when I shop and dont want to use the self check-out so I always make sure there are some checkers available. That is usually not a problem.

Horrible lines at the check out every time. Plan on 15 - 20min if you don’t do self checkout. Cashiers working in slow motion too. Some days the shelves are really empty. You can tell when people shop for the week.The only thing they have going for them is that they are the only rep grocery alternative in the area .

I guess my second favorite location. Usually a pretty good experience and its close to a lot of other things like restaurants and the Ontario Mills mall so theres that. Its also freeway close as they say.

The employees are friendly and the store is clean and easy to navigate.

This Target was a little messy. Not many bathing suit selections in my size.
