The cashier older lady with blonde hair was so helpful and nice. I will definitely return to this store.

I love this place I go every month for my hair dye supplies and always find my products or even replacements recommended by the staff. I like the fact that theyre not right behind you or chasing around the store trying to sell you anything. If you ever need anything or have questions theyre always ready to help you.

Friendly environment and the ladies there were very responsive to questions about the hair dyes I needed. Would definitely go there again for my hair supplies

One of the most rudest establishments Ive ever been in. And the wig I got had barely enough hair to cover the cap. Which left it looking on the bald side

Just recently shopped at Pot Pourri again to buy more hair extensions there, and cannot compliment enough how much I appreciate the staffs time, service, and friendliness towards me and the other customers. It always appears to be a happy place to shop. I would never believe any unkind words towards this fabulous store. They have been in business so long for a reason -and still standing. I get why. :)

I’ve been coming here since my family moved here about 16 years ago. The employees are knowledgeable and the colors are so much easier to find and way easier to match to what you actually want since they have samples pieces you can see if your dying your hair for the worst time at home I’d suggest coming here rather than big chain stores or boxes dyes I’ve never been satisfied with the color and they way more overpriced. Love playing with all their bright colors!!! Teresa is always a huge

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEMy friend and I visited the store on June 3rd 2012 at approx 12pm. We both had intentions on buying wigs. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I asked for the name of both employees and the one young lady responded, Maam, I dont have to give you my name. Jessica, the other young lady provided her name but neither one provided any customer service. They stood behind the corner as if they had better things to do. My friend brought 3 wigs to the counter and I took one. The young lady who refused to give her name, promptly began to put the wigs BACK, stating you could only have 3 wigs down at a time. They never took the time to explain the procedures for the store. She knew she was wrong and her customer service was lacking, that is why she refused to give her name.

I have been shopping there for years ..I called because I had something on hold..When I ask the lady that answered the phone her name, she was very rude saying I dont give out my name over the phone Will I thought when call a place of business they answer phone saying the name of the business and give their name!! However it took a minute to get her name out of her...I arrived at the store and called out her name Sandra! !! and told her I was the one that called ..Then she says you dont know me the funny parts is she has helped me on numerous occasion with the purchase of wigs and other hair products. .After shopping there for 5 years and being in on a few on those chit-chat ting moments I thought we should know each other by now...Any way I go across town now .Ill spend extra $ on gas to get quality customer service..Instead of being treated rudely at Pot Pourri a place 2 blocks from my home.....Sandra you are rude !!

Being a regular customer, I enjoyed coming to this Beauty Supply because they had what I needed and the customer service was great. But this recent visit I made will be the last time as a result of POOR customer service. When I walked in, the two workers{who Ive never seen before, so Im guessing theyre new} were at the counter talking. They looked at me and turned right back to each other and kept talking; there was no greeting or a simple hello. While looking around, I asked one of the workers a question about an item but she responded as if I was wrong for interrupting her conversation with her coworker. A main goal of customer service is having customers feel like they can come back because they were serviced properly. This is what keeps businesses running. These ladies could set a whole new atmosphere in that place if they simply smiled and said hello. Its a simple yet important gesture that speaks volumes.

Used to be a fan, until today. Walked in, want greeted by anyone. Stood at the counter, waited while two employees continued their personal conversation. They paused, glanced my way and carried on. After a few minutes I Wales out. I shouldnt have to beg to spend money anywhere. I used to ignore the reviews about how bad the customer service is but now I get it.

Great customer service almost always has what I need and of course if asked the employees will offer suggestions to what you are looking for not biased on price as long as you find what you are looking for and are happy. Just as kind if you are there to just window shop (although I always end up buying at least 3 things ;)

FIVE THUMBS DOWN! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I walked into the store and FOUR workers was standing in the back of the store just chi chatting with each other, no hello, can I help you...nothing! There was other customers in the front of the store just browsing. When I got closer to where they was huddle in the back of the store they looked at me with attitude. When I begin to speak three of them walked away to finish their conversation and the one that did stay she was very hesitant to assist me with what I needed. I asked for a manager but the girl said there was no manager, so i ask who the owner was so I can tell him or her how these inadequate workers are running off customers, of course, she didnt have that information. Now I see why the store only had a few customers in it. No body wants to spend money when the customer service is BAD!
