I love OB Shoes. I dont live close, but was asked to leave, even with proof of vaccination. Kinda sad. I guess I will shop Amazon.

They had a BOGO sell. So that was nice. Very clean and organized also helpful.

They have really bad service here & they make people feel like they’re shoplifters when they are not.

Ive been sent back and forth because their discount tags were wrong. Each time waiting in a long line for a long time. Cant believe i made it finally. Friendly staff but very few for such large and crowded store.

Good shoes, but expensive prices unless you can get a good sale. I only purchase shoes there when they have the buy one get one half off. Also last time I went they had a text to get 20% extra off. The cashier was nice and one of the women on the floor was very helpful, which isnt always the case especially if they are busy. If you go be sure to look through the discounted stuff for good deals!

Do you want a huge choice of name brand shoes to choose from? YOU are in the right place!! A few more places to sit and try the shoes on would be nice. Otherwise this place is great. Employees are helpful but not too pushy and always in sight. The register people are friendly as can be. Prices are fair.

Awesome prices and shoes!! Just bought a pair of FILAs and Vans and the total came out to $92. Not disappointed at all; I just purchased 2 pairs of shoes for an amazing price!

Bad Bad customer service i went to return boots that i bought 2 days a go spent a lot of money for.. they gave me such a hard time i had the recipe just not the box they said no returns with out box..i ask where does it say that she points at the wall i ask again where does it say that its not on the recipe she gave me customer service number i called and guess what they are closed i told her i paid for them here is my recipe i would like my money, she then finally said ok one time only told her not a problem didnt plan on ever coming back...

Such a great variety of shoes and great prices for big brand shoes and most of the time have a sale but sometimes they misplace shoes all over the place and cant find the real pair BEWARE OF THAT! but many pairs run out quick.

Horrible customer services. The employees tend to mess around and do not give the customer their unidivided attention. Dont order anything from this store. In the event that theres a problem, the employees wont fix it, youll have to wait to get your money back.
