Begin from the sales, your service is great. The salesperson will come and inspect and explain in every detail about the services and cost. Feels very comfortable. And the customer service would follow up and explain more about the charges and installation schedule. I feel I am covered and they are not going to forget about me since the installation wait time is pretty far away. This would be my only suggestion that maybe you could recruiter more technicians so customers could have prompt installation. And the technician is very professional and gets things done well and quickly. Very satisfied. Lastly, the water tastes good! And we drink twice more water now than we did before having Culligan water! Thank you!

The whole house water softener and purification system works great, we notice a considerable difference in the quality and taste of the water and we no longer get hard water stains all over sinks, shower glass, etc, etc. The service has been great, beginning with our sales associate to, the installation technician, to the service technician and all the customer service representative when we call in with a question or to request service. We are treated professionally, with respect and service is always prompt. Very happy with our system and the company we purchased it from as well. I highly recommend a Culligan water system and Culligan of Ontario to my family, friends, neighbors and anyone in need of water softener and purifier.

What can I say, other than I love Culligan! Specifically the Ontario office that services my area in the Temecula Valley. My direct coordinator from start to finish was Daniel, and he was amazing! His calm demeanor and obvious decades of experience made the whole process serene and actually a little fun! Representative provided clear information about products and comparison of water systems. Installation was very professional and first rate. Our installer Hector did an excellent job in fitting the pipes to our garage space. Joints were all sealed and finished thereby eliminating potential leaks. His work shows a professional and knowledgeable employee.

I had a under the sink filter installed a couple years ago. I went in to pick up new filters for my system and the lady working at the front desk was very helpful. I received the filters needed and installed them myself. Culligan does offer for services to come to you to install as well.

Extremely Disappointed in this company. Culligan of Ontario is a privately owned office. Today as I tried to cancel service & I was told I was in contract and to cancel I need to pay a $200 cancellation fee. I told them I moved 3 hours away and I was using the local Culligan here in my new city. So they told me to transfer the service and there would be no charge. I called the local office here and they said they do not do contracts. Culligan as a company does not do that. They are month to month service ONLY. This company is privately owned and making there own contracts. Sorry not transferable. But I can start and stop service at any time with the new office. When I spoke back to Culligan of Ontario they did admit to being privately owned and this is their contract. So I said I do NOT want to cancel then. Please transfer my service to my new home and service me there. They declined that aswell. They said I lived to far away. So they wont service me, they wont transfer my account so I need to pay to cancel. ANYONE USING CULLIGAN MAKE SURE IT IS NOT A PRIVATELY OWNED COMPANY WHERE THEY MAKE UP THERE OWN RULES AND CONTRACTS. Highly unethical. Do not recommend this office at all. ASK ABOUT CONTRACTS, THE CONTRACTS THEY MAKE UP THEMSELVES!

Overall a good customer service and the Angel was thorough in installing the system. Already started to feel the difference in water quality and the drinking water tastes much better now.

Technician Angel is doing great job. He came on time. Im very happy about it.

As far as the soft water goes, everything was fine. As for customer service, well it does not exist. On two different occasion I had a tank leaking. The first time I called I was told it is not an emergency and to by-pass the soft water, and they would be out in a couple weeks to fix. I continued to complain until someone came out to fix the problem. Their management gave me a small credit on the bill. On the second leak, I called and got their on-call repair person. He said he did not have a truck or tools and could not do anything for me. That time I replaced the faulty seal myself. Last year my credit card expired, six phone calls later the input the correct number. I believe I paid a late fee for their mistake. This year I changed credit cards. That was a problem, I gave the info to there rep on the phone. She immediate tried to process the bill with the old number. Not once but twice. A week later received a higher bill because the old credit card did not work. Again called and spoke with Ina. Explained the issue which I assume she fixed. I asked to speak with a supervisor, Erica, left two voice mail messages but she never called. Today I called to cancel service, the call taker Amber could care less. They need help with customer service.

I have never had a water system, after buying our home recently we realized we had to upgrade the one we had. After my consultation with Edgar and installation with Eddie I have complete confidence in this company. They were both very polite, professional and easy to work with. They were able to answer every question and concern I had while educating me at the same time. Both men are very knowledgeable in their work and knowing that helped me trust their recommendations and the company. I recommend them to everyone.

Very poor customer service. I have been a long time customer. My RO system stopped working, they wanted to give an appointment for the middle of December. That was not acceptable, so I requested that the system be removed. A serviceman was here 2 days later to remove system and offered to service it instead of remove. So, no service appointment for 4 weeks system can be removed in 2 days with an offer to service. What is that all about. Needless to say, I had it removed and will be going with another company.

Professional above and beyond service. Price is great ans simplicity of process. I am very happy with the decision to get service. i just wish I would have done it sooner.

I have had a satisfying experience with this company, which installed my water softening equipment 4 years ago. The maintenance with the system is expert and professional. I have no problems with this company and can recommend them to others.

Make sure you check your invoice. I was doubled charged. Culligan was harassing me to pay, sending letters and texting my phone that I was late to pay the double charge. They were adding $5 dollar charges every time they sent a text or letter harassing me about a bill I did not owe. I was told by the Culligan service technician that since Covid-19 and they rehired new employees none of the office employees know how to do there job correctly. I would say that is true. I asked for a $20 credit to my account after they cleared up there mistake and I was denied. You think a $20 credit would be worth my time since I wasted 20 mins of my time on the phone calling you to fix your mistakes.

Carols in Sales was great. I had a Ton of questions because this was a big ticket item for me. Carlos forward all the questions he couldnt answer to his supervisor and made sure that I got the Answers I needed to make a timely and informed Decision. Service people were also great. They came on-time, prepared and got the job Done!

We have had culligan water for some time now, I will admit the beginnings of our relationship we’re a bit strained (we literally tried to cancel our service and we didn’t even care about the cost). However, the customer service with them was UNREMARKABLE. They literally did everything to keep our service...and they did. We appreciate the customer service and knowledge base of ladies in the front off. We have had experience with many of their technicians and we loved them. Very personable and very knowledgeable. More importantly we love the product. The soft water and the water filter are our must haves! We are soooo grateful

But, the tech started into repair and we did a quick review, he got a quote from the office and within minutes a decision was made to stop repair and go with a new system. Original system was 17 years old. Got a scheduled date for new install. As planned and scheduled another tech arrived and within two hours the new system was installed. The Culligan system in our new home is fantastic. The water tastes like it came from a fresh mountain spring. It feels good in the shower too.

We have had horrible customer service with this company. The salesman finally after 3 days, of on off again appointment changes, on their part. Came out and sold us what we asked for, in regards to an Osmosis system. Then, it took several calls and different appointments to get them to deliver. Once they finally showed up, they installed the wrong one, left, took it out of another company, installed ours into that company, saying they had switched the tickets on them. Then when it finally was installed, it started leaking, so we had to call them out, then didnt show when we were told they would be here, but ended up later that the afternoon. When we got that done, we had to have them back out, because the water was l room temperature, so they sent someone back out to get it cooler, which he said would be freezing water. Its not! Then the motor ran for more than 3 days and would not freeze the water as said, but did cool it.I dont know what they mean by chilled, but it is not ice cold. Called again, they said they would have someone out in the morning, they did not show up again, until way later in the day. When they showed, they had a bad attitude and put his finger under the water and said, thats as cold as you are going to get, what more do you want he said and left. I am so not happy with their customer service and how they deal with installation, once the sale is made and the unit is installed.

Our sale person Matt was beyond helpful every step of the way. He wasnt pushy at all and very patience as I interviewed/set appointment with other company. Even after the installation we had follow up questions and more than once he was willing to stop by our place and discuss with us. I wish all sale person were like Matt.

Water filtration makes water taste great! Better then bottled water and more convenient for drinking and cooking.

The water is good, but with a home Berkley youd still get good clean water without the ridiculously LONG contract! Their customer service is not very good. The guy who sold us the contract was great until we signed it and paid and then he was nonexistent. I would STRONGLY recommend not going into a contract with this company. Theyre very long.

To put it mildly, our water sucked! Extremely hard water that left spots everywhere....ruining our stainless steel sink and bathroom surfaces. Thanks to Carlos at Culligan of Ontario, we dont have that problem anymore. And as an added bonus we have softer skin, use less product on clothes, hair etc. We also had the reverse osmosis installed and are very happy with all of our water solutions! Ask for Carlos.....his customer service skills are second to none!!! He is awesome!

Very experienced. Fast service. I highly recommend.

I was told I had a simple problem just to much iron. The solution was 3500.00 and I wasnt ever to see iron again, if I did it was broken. Well my old system caused iron to leak past once or twice a month. That is why we opted to change it. Now we always have iron especially when the system back flushes. We had the service people here every other week for several months. A variety of things we tried and eventually the whole system was replaced. It is still terrible. I absolutely hate it, would never recommend it and would love to smash it.We buy bottled water now. I have given up on their useless service. If any of my family including pets gets ill and it can be related to this cheap piece of crap I will sue.Save yourself a lot of headaches and your money there are no solutions to found here.

If you want real soft water, forget the other whole house systems that cannot do what Culligan Soft Water systems can do.

I was rather shocked by the hardness and mineral content of the water in the Coachella Valley, and found it unacceptable when coming from Hetch-Hetchy San Francisco water. I was treated with respect, with the sales rep taking the time to educate me. He had all the answers. Your people have integrity. The Install, in a small condo was my greatest concern (footprint, plumbing, noise, access, ease of shut off/turn on, etc..), and it turned out superb, better than I expected. I am so happy with not only the softwater, but also with the reverse osmosis kitchen filter system... It is comparable or BETTER than the bottled water... I had it tested! I can stop washing my hair now with Aquafina bottled water.

I had just moved into my new home last summer and urgently needed to install safe and filtered water for my family to use on a daily basis. I did some surface-level research online on what kind of water filtration system Id like to get for our house, and remembered Culligan since I had heard of Culligan over the years.I reached out to Culligan of Ontario online, and Matt Bugh who is the sales representative of the area promptly came to my house and did a wonderful job with educating me on how the systems work and helping me select the right products and services for my home. He took out a water testing kit that tests for heavy metals in parts per million (PPM) as well as chrlorine levels. He showed me the then-current levels of chlorine and heavy metals and what levels they could be with Culligan systems installed.It would be a great improvement if Culligan were to provide detailed and well-explained step-by-step videos on how each of their systems and products work, down to a level where children can understand them. I had many questions on how everything worked and Matt did a great job explaining, but we spent several hours going over how each sysyem worked and I think it was rather exhausting for both of us. That energy and time can be channeled elsewhere if Culligan better equipped their sales teams with well thought-out videos for customers to watch and learn on how each system works that go over all of this information. I asked to watch any videos that Culligan has made, and Matt was only able to show me a couple of promotional videos that showed actors smiling and talking about how great Culligan is for their families.Also, Culligan doesnt check on the quality of your water at all after they install, which I find doesnt make sense since there would be no other way for Culligan or their customers to know just how much of the contaminants, heavy metals, viruses, and bacteria are being filtered out and whether there are any issues with the systems. At the very least, Culligan should provide at-home water testing kits to their customers, but they dont. Ill be purchasing one soon.Matt was very patient with my very many questions, while also conveying to me how trusted Culligan has been as a company throughout the decades and how much the water quality for my family would improve.In total, the systems I selected costed a staggering $4000, plus a recurring monthly fee of $45 per month for the resin water softener replacement tank service since we live in a brine-restricted area where we cant have the traditional water softener tanks installed. Thats pretty pricey for the average American, but I wanted to make sure my family is using the safest water.If the price for Culligan would come down significantly to be much more attainable and affordable to most people, say to about $1000 to $2000, then that would be incredible. Not everyone can afford $4000 for water filtration, plus a substantial monthly recurring fee for water softening.When it came time for the installation, Angel, whos been with the company for at least 20 years is what I recall him saying, did an excellent job installing the reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink, as well as the resin and sediment filtration system in the garage for the rest of the house. He was very kind, pleasant to work with, and completed the entire job in just a few hours.Thanks so much Matt and Angel for your excellent customer service, patience, and just being awesome human beings. All in all, I am much happier knowing that I can provide safe water for my family to use.

I recently canceled my service. My bill was getting higher without any notification. I called via landline to cancel and the removal was set up with delay, All of a sudden I get billed for a full month, when I called I was told that I didnt give 30 day notice, so I am paying for a service which I no longer have. Doesnt make sense. I also tried the water softener and it was removed by the tech. My walls have burn marks from the torch, the tech ran some water lines which he just left on my wall, my pipes were modified and the tech just left it that way when the softer was removed. I can forward pics of the job that was left, very unprofessional!! If i am going to be charged for something I do not have then I would like my plumbing to be put back the way it was before the tech modified them. Also when the service was installed the tech charged me $50 to run a water line for the fridge. When i called the office they had no record of a water line going to the fridge, not sure if he even installed it :(

WE ARE RETIRED ON A FIXED INCOME.
