They where quick and had it done when they said they would (dropped my car off at 10am and it was ready by 6pm) my car stays much cooler and now I don’t have men staring at me on the road. I called last week to get a quote on remote start and revers camera installed and was told I’d need to leave a deposit and to schedule a day to drop off my truck. Went in today to leave a deposit but before that I asked about their LED headlights bulbs and they had the ones I needed in stock and ask them if they could let me use a tool to twist my old one out because it was stuck to put the new ones In. I was told “we don’t have any” and after I asked “you don’t have any tool in the back?” He said “my guys don’t lend out tool bro” I said ok thanks. Good thing I didn’t leave my deposit for the work I wanted done. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else that they’ll go that extra step to help a customer out.

Last Saturday went in to buy a new stereo and was greeted by Frank. Not only was he friendly and welcoming he was also very knowledgeable and recommend the perfect stereo within my budget. I called Carlos at Stereo City and within a day I had my new radio installed with my music connected and hands free microphone ready for calls. Carlos was very professional and courteous. We sat in the lounge area watching a movie and he offered me a bottle of water while I waited. In about an hour and half I had everything ready to go. If you are in need of any car audio products, this is the place to go! I came in for a new head unit, kind of already set on which one I wanted. Carlos assured me it was a great unit that I had picked out, and that I wouldn’t be disappointed. I also decided to get some new front speakers for my car while I was there since one of the speakers in my car had started failing. I told Carlos what speakers were currently in the car (Alpine Type S), and he recommended some Focal speakers that sound better than the Alpines. And best of all, he gave me the head unit and speakers at an amazing price. His price beat Amazon (which currently has the lowest prices for both products) by a total of $25! Now that’s what I call a great business! I was a little skeptical that this place would have competitive pricing and be worth my time but after today, I will definitely come back for all my car audio needs.

Went in there for a sound system they try to overcharge me for the same sound system I got on in my car a year before the only difference was actual radio speakers were the same at a higher price the kit to hold a stereo was priced $370 I found it on Amazon for $207 they called me backFor another overpriced system
