They guy wouldnt even let us touch his samples ..totally discouraged us from spending over $500 bad vibes and customer service

Received really good customer service here. Best prices around, even drove from LA to buy our water proof flooring here... twice in 3 years. The kitty cats outside are sweet too.

Expert Hardwood flooring has good selection, did a pretty good job on our hardwood flooring but when it came to tiling our bathroom it was a nightmare. Our tiled bathroom floor was wavy to walk on, others that have been in that bathroom said they could feel it as well. We tried to get the owner Henry to come out personally to look at it, and wouldnt do it. He even hung up the phone on my husband once when we complained. We have spent several thousand dollars in that store. Most of the time Henry seems like a pretty nice guy, but we couldnt see eye to eye on that bathroom job! We are super disappointed in him. He sent his guys out several times, they never got it right. In my opinion customer service is horrible. dont care if they are the least expensive place in the state. NEVER AGAIN!

Very helpful and informative, easy to work with and as flexible in scheduling as the suppliers delivery of product allowed. Final installation of casework, countertops and cabinet hardware are yet to be done but everything up to this point indicates we will be pleased. I will update if next weeks installation process is less than anticipated or is exceptional and takes rating to five stars.

Worst customer service ever, cant trust Henry in any way. Do yourself a favor and stay away, not worth the headache.

The have a very large selection of flooring. The price was good but the installation was great. We had a problem in the matching of tile. We bought new tile and they reinstalled if for free. Find what you like and go check their inventory--you could get a great deal

Great selection, and helpful when we came into store. Price was good, we set up a beginning date, and the initial crew that came to our home were hard working and we were pleased with the first 2 days of work. The job was estimated to take 4 days. After the first 2 days many troubles with their warehouse order confusion cause a shortage of materials, changing personnel on the job created major confusion and delays, and at the end of day 6 there was a entry way that was still bare cement and many details that were very poorly done. After 8 days the job was done, and the details were corrected. We were not happy with the customer service and attention to detail!! What started good, went wrong throughout the job, finish job looked good, but 9 total days of confusion and poor attention to detail will cause me to never recommend this company. Henry did not apologize at the end when we politely shared our concerns. He should have said at least sorry for taking 9 days to do a 4 day jobAt one point in the process I was asked about the entry way, if it is going to be tile? Wow! So any hands in the fire, confusion was king. Thats just 1 example.

After a horrible experience with Home Depot, expert hardwood was recommended by a family friend. Raul and his crew did a great job! They worked hard and did high quality work with attention to detail. Very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were super nice. The floor looks so beautiful I almost started crying when I first came upstairs and saw their work. I highly recommend expert hardwood!

Thank you very much.for sending the customer service guy to my house to look at my fiber glass floor,after few questions we found the problem.my installer suggest me to use a material that suppost to give more shine,that was the problem.after me clean it good and scrube a little,scratches disappear.thanks also great prices.

We got laminate wood floors for the whole house, minus kitchen and two bathrooms, the job was guarantee by the owner Henry to be done in 4 to 5 days. Workers very friendly and started the job really good, by the third day they started lacking, then 4th day some other guys showed up, didnt even know what they were suppose to do and left early not completing the job, on the fifth day job very messy, and so unprofessional. My husband had to call to ask why job wasnt complete, then it took two days after for another guy to show and finally complete the job.I would Not! Recommend them at all! The owner didnt even apologize! .

Great service, nice showroom they have every color or pattern, so many styles to choose from, they even got a Kool black kitty that greets you at the door by the name of shadow.

Google says that the store hours are 11am - 4pm on Sundays. We drove up from San Marcos today (Sunday) to find that the store is not open today. Very disappointed.
