Customers. Avoid the Asian lady with the aweful hair and clown makeup. Management - I asked if she had a particular phone. She said yes and immediately asked if I was verizon already and wanted to put my number in her tablet. I refused and asked about the phone again. I wasnt there for her to sell me anything but a phone. (Had I have bought the phone Id have connected and renewed for yet another 2 years, but my account info is none of her business until I decide to renew or not.) Once she determined I wasnt a big commission for her, she opened a cabinet and suddenly the phone was broken and unsellable. She wouldnt even let me see it. She should never be in the front of a business with customers. WE are the source of her commissions and we have voices.

Bought a screen protector with Maritza P. (sales person)And didnt open the package til today as we are on a road trip and i dont see any screen protector!!!I paid $100 for both phone case and screen protector and its empty! Only has cotton swabs and cloth in it! No sign of the screen protector anywhere!!! Somebody contact me pls!

They tried to fool you!! All the time! First of all they are not VERIZON!!! Representatives always tell you about good deals and than you have your bill over 400$. When I asked representatives what do this amount for nobody answered me they simply dont know! They charge activation fees and verizon will also charge you! When I wanted to return devices they said I need to pay 70$ for return but my contract says 35$!!! Finally representative tried to do everything to charge me maximum he could always being on the phone with manager! There is a Verizon office just across the street! Better never come here!!!
