Friendly and helpful staff, but unfortunately I was trying to do a curbside pick up but after a long wait, I ended up going in to be helped. They did apologize for not seeing I was waiting.

Robert was extremely helpful and super friendly. When we asked questions he knew the correct answers when his coworkers did not. We were grateful the guy who greeted us passed us off to Robert. When I told the first guy I dont remember ever paying an upgrade fee, he basically said I was wrong. Hes never seen it, theyve been charging for it the past 15 years. I thought I was maybe wrong then. But with my companys discount that fee is waived and Robert confirmed this. Anyways Robert was excellent and I will seek him out for any future transactions.

Roger took the time to explain the current offers worked with me on turning off an additional phone line that I was not using & took me to the website to set-up auto pay & go paperless. Roger explained how to use my new phone & setup my Sons phone as well.Roger transferred my apps from my old phone to my new phone. Roger was so awesome, he stayed to ensure everything was working properly on my phone he was off at 4:30 but stayed until 5:30! Now that EXCELLENT customer service!Roger YOU ROCK! A little slow on service. Cant blame staff, theyre doing there best. Verizon cell service has significantly declined over the years. Slow cell internet and 5G connections, dropped or incomplete phone calls are in the mix continually. I have honestly say that I miss T-Mobile, never had the poor service before with T-M. Ill be back!

Being technically challenged makes it hard to upgrade and setup a new phone and after getting several error messages I needed help. Victor completed my setup and helped me choose the accessories I need. I was very satisfied with his professionalism.

I went into Verizon on Wednesday evening because I was having trouble with my phone and ended up buying a tablet. When I got home I realized none of my passwords transferred and I was locked out of all of my apps. I called First thing Thursday morning and asked Ryan if I could buy back my old phone so I could gain access to my email and other apps. He told me I could and that he would hold the phone at the store. I was unable to make it to the store Thursday so I called Friday morning and spoke with my original salesman Robert and he said the had the phone and to come by the store and we would get it worked out. So I drive to the store and sit at a table waiting for almost an hour to be told....Sorry...we shipped it out. So here I am with none of my passwords transferred and no access to anything o. My new phone. This was definitely a learning experience... Verizon does not value their customers at all and if you have to keep them as your carrier DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION....because all they want is your money and you as a person do not hold any value with these people.

Robert was great. He was taking care of two customers at the same time. He helped me upgrade my plan and took care of my new phone all while helping another customer with a phone issue. Same guy that sold me a phone on Philadelphia St worked there on milklen this phone was supposed to be a update turned out to be the worst phone with many problems that l ever had before with Verizon,its not the company, its the employees for some unknown reason,oh l just had a thought, maybe because of my civil law suit against the county filed recently causes for retaliation in business l always visit, my advarsies offering funds that employees dont have maybe thats it,l know it sounds strange, but lm dealing with mental health professionals & their taskforce bottom line I just need my phone performing properly with out every day having a issue

Daniel at the Miliken office in Rancho was great! I got there and saw a sign that said to wait out the door and within seconds Daniel came out to greet me and take me inside the store. Very clean, and only two other customers were there. I was there to transition to Verizon as I have been having horrible service with my other carrier. I’ve lost a lot of money in my business due to this. Daniel was fast and very friendly. I was out of there in minutes. He made sure to give me info on all the available plans. He even guided me on ways to save money and get more out of my account. I was having a bad day and left there feeling great! Thank you 👍🏻

DO NOT visit this store. They are not a real corporate store. They will lie to you and make you think they operate as a corporate store, but in reality they have different policies. They give you a hassle to even exchange something as small as a case. Horrible experience and will make sure to never return. This store used to be one of the best but then these guys bought it from Verizon and turned it in to this clown show. Luckily a REAL verizon store in Montclair was able to assist me and fix the issues these clowns caused in my account.

Most Verizon stores are staffed by pushy rushing sales staff. This location is the only one I have found that has a good staff.

Got a new phone with accessories. Had some issues though in getting things processed, causing a long wait.Also, in buying an Bundle Accessory, one of items did not work with the new phone I purchased and we had to take it back. Would have liked it if we would have known that from the beginning.However, Ive had some great Customer Service Reps and have been with them for over 20 years!

8/11/20So I had to share my Verizon experience with everyone. For a while Ive been have having horrible cell service and converage. Dropped calls, not being able to call out, not being able to receive call. In short it cost me over 8k in business. I was on the Sprint network and we all know it was bought out by t-mobile.Problem after problem ensued. So after many failed trips to the Sprint and t-mobile stores with no help and solutions, I reluctantly made my way to the Verizon storecin Ontario Ca.I had initially spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jonathan on the phone. I happen to be greeted by him and he helped me with the transition to Verizon.This process was seamless and even helped me set up my business account with no issues. Jonathan was instumental in helping with this along with a girl named Cassie and finally the store Mgr Chris.They all went Above and Beyond to make sure that I got the best bang for my buck and service plan. I was only expecting to get a phone and what I got was exceptional customer service!!I cant speak highly enough of the crew at the Ontario Verizon store on Milliken and 4th.
