Really nice place to sit down and have a cigar. Been going to lots of cigars lounges in the IE and this is definitely one of the nicest. Environment is very inviting, lots of comfortable chairs to relax in and a pretty good selection of cigars to choose from. No complaints from me and Ill definitely be back again soon

These guys did their homework and did everything right to get the perfect cigar lounge experience. This place it top notch!From the moment you enter, the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby was welcoming. You immediately notice the sizable and organized humidor that is well stocked with a great cigar selection suitable for many palates. Don’t be intimidated to ask for recommendations if you’re not familiar with the cigar lingo. They’re ready to help you pick the right stick.Once you make your selection, step into the comfortable (and spacious) lounge behind the counter. The seats are almost too comfortable! At first glance, it’s easy to note that the space and the set up was purposeful. It’s pleasing to the eye with just enough air circulation to enjoy all the surrounding aromas. If you’re looking for a relaxing spot to put your feet up, enjoy some quality lounge music, or just watch sports on one of their many screens while you enjoy your cigar, this is the spot. The quiet atmosphere allows for good conversation too. Chat it up with the staff. They have a lot to be proud of and will gladly share their story. Well done, Culebra Cigar Co. Visited this spot today for their soft opening. Its a fabulous spot to enjoy a cigar in the Inland Empire. VERY well done.Youll find about 35 places to sit in the lounge, roughly half of which are leather recliners. The other half are leather single chairs and a couple of love seats. The love seats, as I understood it, are there due to the fact that the singles were on backorder. I presume the loveseats will be replaced. While I was there, a new table with some barstools was brought in. So if youre the kind of person that likes to sit high, theres a place for you.Several big screen TVs cold be found on the wall, but I enjoyed the fact that they had them muted so that you could actually have a conversation with the other patrons. Lovely instrumental music, at a decent volume, was being piped in overhead. The air movement was good, though I might have liked it to be up just a notch. However, I have no idea what all goes into moving that quantity of air. Ill admit ignorance. Just a trifle and nothing to be put off by.The humidor is beautiful. Well humidified and what I presumed was Spanish cedar shelving. It smelled divine. They didnt have their entire stock in yet, but Im not surprised as this isnt the Grand opening. That being said, there was still plenty of quality cigars to choose from. They also stock all the necessities up front such as ash trays, lighters, various cutters etc.Water and soft drinks are available. I saw a few bottles of wine too. Im in the dark as to whether or not they have a liquor license, so those bottles may have been simply brought in by the regulars. When I asked about drinks he offered me several varieties of soda and water. Nothing was said about alcohol, so I would presume they dont offer that. But dont quote me. There are also individual lockers, which I figure belong to members of the lounge as a personal, onsite humidor.As a stroke of genius and class, the owners have included a board room for use if you like. A great place to host a poker game, fantasy football draft, or you know, an actual business meeting over some cigars.The pics Ive posted reveal the colors, flooring etc, so theres no need for me to describe them in detail. Im disappointed that Im moving soon. This lounge is a place I could visit often enough. Its just beautiful. Im jealous and wish I was the owner lol

Excelente service. Just came here on a whim one evening with my lady. Greeted at the door and helped to find the right cigar for her and I. I happened to swipe one they make in house, it was delicious! Nice clean chairs and fresh water provided, plenty of TVs and tables for everyone. One of my top three lounges.

Excellent spot with excellent cigars to choose from and first class lounge area! Definitely coming back!

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Lets start with the greeting. Owner/ manager steps in a glass house humidor. (clear glass) says hey there so I say hello. As in looking thru his inventory, mind u hes saying nothing. I stop and ask are u waiting for me to ask a question?) He shrugs his shoulders and says ehh, its kinda our policy after a lil more probing on such details and him not even throwing a softball pitch of a question to know what Im searching for. I said Im offended by u just looking at me and he told me NOT to return. Shall we say new customer lost 🖕🏿

This is a hidden jewel for the cigar lover. They have a large assortment to choose from an h-u-g-e lounge to sit and enjoy. Although I didnt have time, they will allow you to bring your favorite glass of wine or whiskey to enjoy while watching the game...whichever one you like. Cant wait to come back and hang out.

This is absolutely one of the BEST cigar shops Ive ever been to. I will be in this shop all the time. See you there!

Upscale and roomy feel. TV’s all over and many comfortable leather seats to watch your game! Humidor has a great selection of fine cigars including “hard to find” gems. Card table room if you want to invite friends for a friendly card game. Located next to Ontario Mills mall.

Great cigar selection, friendly staff and amazing lounge! The vibe was great, too. Plenty of seating and other patrons were friendly, as well. Coolest difference from other cigar lounges I’ve been to: a separate board room for meetings, events, poker games, etc. I’ll be back for sure!

As a brand spankin’ newbie to the world of cigars, I could not have asked for a better experience that what I had. I walked in and met Richie, a very nice guy that gave me a quick download on how to pick the right cigar for me. Then I met Matt, who I sat and chatted with. Very nice and welcoming environment. (First time here) Selection! selection!! selection!!! They have quite a few of my favorites here. CAO, Padron, Arturo Fuentes, Oliva, Acid, and many many more. They have accessories like punches, cutters, lighters. The smoking are is the stuff!! Huge! ... the slim dude that was there was real patient and polite. The facility is clean and the equipment looks well taken care of. I can see me becoming a regular here. So you ask why not 5 stars? Daddy has to pay the rent, so its a tad pricey.
