Every employee at the store was friendly and helpful! Kudos to the entire staff for being a bright point in a wonderful day! Epically the wonderful young lady who rang us up and pointed out the extra savings we were eligible for!

Everyone was nice there, the casher treated me well and the employees helped me and were kind to. A lot of cool T-shirt and a bunch more on clearance, but one get three free. A bunch of pop to and in clearance buy one get three free to. They didn’t have jojo’s T-shirt’s thou but got some star wars instead.

I like the people that usually give me a welcoming vibe, its just hard to know where to stand for checkout and sometimes I feel bad for the cashier when theres a long line and none of their coworkers are helping. And I wish there was a flow of some sort in the store because it gets very crowded and its a very popular store. Maybe if they were to arrange the store in a certain manner so when people are looking at their products they wouldnt stand in the middle and block a whole flow of traffic that be helpful. I know some of the stuff Im upset about there is out of their control I hope the company can raise their pay and maybe improve their work conditions a little more.

The staff was amazing, especially the young woman in glasses,. However, management seems to have a real problem with letting staff get treated like trash by other customers, it’s starting to make me feel too uncomfortable shopping in store. I can hear management berate them only for them to turn around and get berated again by rude customers.

Dont know if its cuz its been long since I entered a hot topic store or cuz it was on Universal Studious the last one I enter that I didnt see much toys or variety of things.

Very disappointing they have a HUGE Nightmare Before Christmas sticker advertising. We walk in walk around te store and finally ask where the section is. The girl sad we have a very sad section. I said I thought you guys would have a lot due to the huge advertising. She said right but nope they just sent a sad section. It wasnt even a 2 ft section.

I must be getting old, but Hot Topic used to be the spot! Id get band t shirts and stuff you couldnt find anywhere (before Amazon became so big). I do love their anime selection, but theyre pricey if they dont have a sale going on.

I dont recommend this store. i bought a pair of tunnels they dont tell u they are final sale. i walked out the store turned back in cause they were not the material i needed but they wouldnt take them back. they now i didnt try them but still refused the return.

My only complain about this Hot Topics actually goes out to the whole Ontario Mills Mall Center, I really hate the fact that the air conditioning of this mall is either not existent or always off. Then the fact of the pandemic causes every store to have to create lines to enter the stores.... Were now in the red tier loosen up a bit please!

I love this Hot Topic... The employees are super nice and extremely helpful. They go out of their way to get you what you need or want and are there on the floor to assist you with whatever you may need help with. I love how this company caters to both the young generation and the old school generation as well. Keep up the good work!!!

Great selection of funkos

This store is different then most hot topics as it has a giant clearance section in the back. They have clearance but this location is much larger. The staff is helpful and friendly. They always play great music when you are in there. The only issue is the cramped space that most Hot Topics occupy but this one uses it well. Definitely check this one out.

I’m a pretty frequent customer or well as frequent as you can be being a broke student. So today I went to hot topic for the first time in a while and Tom (an employee) was really helpful and understanding with the fact that I was in a rush. Out of all the helpful employees Tom stood out the most and was very kind. Highly suggest that he gets a promotion

You want movie memorabilia, they got it too. They have great eye-catching sales going on every year, throughout the year. If youre going back to school, make sure to stop at this particular location. Backpacks are 10% off, you can get an additional 25% off it plus anything you want to stuff in it- you get an additional 25% off them. Seriously, come and check out the place. Its a fave store of mine and I love venturing here any chance I get.

Hot topic used to be great, now its slowly becoming a whatevers IN-iswhat we sell topic. Their shirts are horrible quality, its just not the same.

They have a wide selection of products to choose from.
