How can I leave 0 stars? Horrible customer service. The girl employee was rude for no reason other than personal. Will not bring my teenager back and will discourage further purchases. Great business model PacSun.

You can find some nice clothing but the customer service is awful. The employees are either rude as to how they speak to you or just ignore you. Good luck

Went there tonight, found a great pair of boardshorts, we go up to an employee and ask what time they close and here is his reply: most stores in the mall close at 9 pm tonight, but we stay open until 10. So knowing that, we put it on hold, went shopping in other stores and came back at 9:09 pm to him locking the store and shrugging his shoulders. Talk about POOR customer service!!

Ive been here a couple times and evan the first time I had a bad experience I went to go exchange a pair of pants the day I got them and apart from them talking for a while and ignoring me when I was waiting there they were rude and the girl that was working as a cashier didnt know how to do math and didnt understand how to use the cash registerThe second time I went there it was just a bunch of under qualified teenagers who ignored me and yet again were just talking to each other although one person did help me with telling me the specials and what qualified under that special but again they didnt know how to use a cash register.

Wasnt greeted, unorganized, and sales are a joke. Was $100 now $99.99
