They have very cute clothes for plus size but their dressing rooms are still not open even after restrictions were lifted, their cashier service is slow, you can’t get a refund on clothes, only store credit or exchange after 14 days, and party dresses are final sale even though you can’t try them on still. Ended up being a waste of money and can’t even return certain items. Don’t shop there until they open their changing rooms.

Good luck exchanging a purchase. Especially since all the employees can do is talk to one another when a customer is present. Take your money where it matters.

Womens and juniors clothing store The employees arent very friendly here. Great prices though.

Clothesline is getting expensive and not that great quality. Cute shirts but quality was not worth over 18.sorry

They dont let you try on clothes, and they also dont let return you anything. They only do exchanges & a lot of the items are final sale.

Rushed to get a dress for my daughter for a party and they wouldn’t let us in. Store closes at 7pm and they stop letting customers in at 6:50pm. Won’t be back ever.😡

Had a difficult time with a return. Before purchasing, I asked specifically what I can return and the cashier said the 2 shorts. The reciept said I could return it. Nothing about a store credit. After arguing about one of the shorts, they would only give me store credit. Wow. Not going back.

Dressing room was closed. Could not try on clothes

It’s a big store bigger then the Ross my wife manages and they only have one cashier ??????????????????? And it’s the new girl !!!! Fix this !

Poor customer service and their return policy is wrong.. you get store credit with receipt but if you loose your receipt you loose your money and your stuck with clothes that you dont want.. so pretty much you dont get your money back!!!!
