This store is awesome! First responder discounts are great and keep me coming back along with friendly staff... Keep up the good work UA!

Solid customer service and helpful staff. Good selection of gear and clothing. New summer options are much appreciated. The only downside was only 1 staff member at the checkout and they took a long time with the first customer.I waited what seemed like a long time even though there were 4 or so staff members near the check out, it took ages for one of them to add additional help for serving customers.

Busy but at least no waiting line like the store across the way. Good selection, overly busy and busy, tough getting to some of the door aisles, but patience will win out. Cashiers obviously stressed, but its retail, thats the norm.

I like UA products. But its a really hate store. Store staff are very unfriendly. I have waited more than 20 minutes for the calculation day. I also had to wait 30-40 minutes for a return. The cashier only counted the purchases and told me to wait for the return. But no one helped. I waited 37 minutes. And I returned with the help of another employee. The man in front of me failed to return, was rejected by the cashier, and he went out of the store in anger. I go to this store every time and prepare to fight. This store is not staff friendly. All people are unkind overall. Nike store in front is very kind. And good customer management. If you want to grow into a specialized brand, train your staff first. The brands value is guaranteed in the attitude of its employees.

Huge discounts on great gear for the kids. We got $45.00 pair of shoes for $24.00. My son picked out his new shoes from the huge selection. We (mom and dad) were pleasantly surprised at the huge discount. Great value and great products.

I go when they have their high % sales. Good selection and they offer an additional military discount on top of other discounts. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clearance rack is always full of great finds.

This a factory under armour store, they have good deals but you wont find all the items from a regular under armour store or online store. But they always ha ve offers, and good discounts.

This place is a drive from my house but wanted to go see what Under Armour was like and its a great place great deals and I always love Under Armour we also went to a restaurant next door in the same shopping mall and have the best lunch ever sat at the bar great service but the Under Armour factory stop and say hi and look at all the great deals

Helpful staff. Big store with everything I need. Great discount as 50% off or more. Super crowded on weekends.

Under Armour is over rated in my opinion. With that said, this outlet store has a pretty good selection of merchandise but the prices are not really that good. Same old story as with most outlet stores --you have to be careful about the discounting games these stores play. The 90% off thing has become a joke.

Management needs to train their employees better. Ive been going to the Under Armour at the Ontario Mills Mall from time to time and I get the worst attitude from a female employee. At first I let it pass because I figured she was having a bad day. Then I encountered her a few more times same crappy attitude. Poor attitude equals lost sales. I think its just better to shop online anymore so that way customers dont have to encounter asinine employees.. I rarely ever leave a review but I just wanted to give fellow shoppers heads up about the U A in the Ontario Mills Mall in California...
